Roblox describes an Xsolla card verification as a small micro-transaction used to provide a verification code. It may show as pending with your financial institution, is not sent to Roblox, and Roblox says it should be reversed within 1–10 business days if it has not already been reversed. That is Roblox’s stated guidance, not a guarantee of when every card issuer will post the reversal. Check your bank or card statement and the provider’s records; contact Roblox Support if the purchase itself or its receipt is the issue.
