Open Paytm’s settings and look for a Display, Theme, or similar appearance option; if one is available, choose Dark. Paytm’s official iPhone listing describes Dark Mode as a beta expanding across selected pages, so the control or dark appearance may not be available to every user or on every screen. On Android, you can also turn on the phone’s system dark theme, though that will not make every app dark.
Check Paytm’s app settings first
-
Open Paytm and inspect its Settings for Display, Theme, or a similar appearance control.
-
If you find a theme option, select Dark and check the pages you use.
Google Play Help recommends checking an app’s settings for a display or theme option, but Paytm’s official materials do not establish a specific menu path or confirm that every user has this control. Avoid relying on a particular Profile-to-Settings sequence; labels and availability may differ. Google notes that “Not all apps offer multiple color schemes.” Google Play Help: Use Dark theme in your apps.

What to expect on iPhone
Paytm’s official iOS App Store listing says its Dark Mode beta first appeared on selected pages and was being expanded. That points to a gradual, potentially incomplete rollout—not a confirmed toggle path or a promise that all screens will be dark. The listing reviewed does not establish that changing iPhone system appearance will switch Paytm to dark mode, so check Paytm’s own settings rather than assuming the iPhone setting controls it. If Paytm stays light or changes unexpectedly
-
Paytm remains light: The app may not offer a theme control for your version or account, or the rollout may not cover the page you are viewing. Android system dark theme also leaves some unsupported apps light.
-
Dark colors appear unexpectedly on Android: Check whether Battery Saver is active; Android devices may turn on dark theme automatically with Battery Saver.
