To withdraw from Stake.us, redeem eligible Stake Cash through Wallet → Redeem and select a payout option shown in your account. Gold Coins are not redeemable. Before submitting, check the play-through rule, purchase-currency restriction, verification status, and destination details; Stake does not promise a fixed processing time.
What you can redeem
Stake.us distinguishes Gold Coins from Stake Cash. Only eligible Stake Cash can be redeemed for a prize. Under Stake.us’s Terms & Conditions, Stake Cash generally must be played three times before redemption. The terms make an exception for Stake Cash won through Promotional Play.
The terms state an implied redemption rate of one Stake Cash per one U.S. dollar. The amount received through fiat or cryptocurrency redemption can vary with the applicable exchange rate or crypto market price at redemption.
How to redeem Stake Cash
- Check that your balance is eligible. Confirm it is Stake Cash, not Gold Coins, and that any required play-through is complete.
- Open Wallet → Redeem. Choose a fiat or cryptocurrency option available in your signed-in account.
- Check the currency restriction before proceeding. If you purchased with fiat, redemption must be in fiat. If you purchased with cryptocurrency, redemption must be in that same cryptocurrency. You cannot switch between fiat and crypto for purchases or redemptions while your Stake Cash balance is above zero.
- Confirm the payout destination. Use a bank account or crypto wallet that can receive the selected funds. Stake’s terms make you responsible for ensuring that a crypto destination is compatible with the selected currency.
- Review the Wallet screen and submit. Check any displayed fee, minimum, and other account-specific requirements before confirming.
Verification and pending requests
Stake requires customers to complete its identification process before redeeming prizes. Its Help Center says verification is used to confirm that customers are from allowed states and are at least 21. If required checks are incomplete, a redemption request can remain pending. How long does a Stake.us redemption take?
Stake’s terms do not guarantee a completion time. Requests are handled in the order received; as Stake’s terms put it, “We process requests to redeem Prizes in the order in which they are received.” Identity and payment-method checks can add delays, and Stake reserves the right to pay larger prizes in smaller increments over several days.
The terms allow one redemption request per account in any 24-hour period. If a request is pending, check your verification status and account messages rather than submitting another request during that period. For an account-specific status, contact Stake support.
Fees, minimums, and payout choices
Stake says available redemption prizes are identified on its platform and may change. Its terms reserve the right to charge processing fees and set a minimum redemption threshold, but do not establish a universal current fee, minimum, or complete list of supported currencies. Check the options and terms displayed in your signed-in Wallet before submitting.
Florida-specific redemption limit
Stake.us’s terms state a maximum redemption value of USD $5,000 per day for Stake Cash won on any game or through Sweepstakes participation in Florida. This is a Florida-specific rule, not a general limit for all customers.

Account closure is not described as a redemption shortcut. Stake’s account-closure guidance says closing an account limits access to Gold Coins, Stake Cash, and unredeemed prizes associated with it. Resolve redemption questions before requesting closure.
