To convert Roblox Credit already in your account, sign in to that account in a web browser, open roblox.com/redeem, and select Get Robux. Choose or review a package, then confirm the purchase. If credit remains, Roblox gives you the choice to convert it to Robux or keep it as Credit.
Convert Roblox Credit to Robux
- Sign in on the web. Use a browser and make sure you are signed in to the Roblox account where the Credit is held.
- Open the redemption page. Go to roblox.com/redeem.
- Select Get Robux. Roblox preselects the largest Robux package your Credit balance can buy. To choose another package, you can go to the Robux purchase page instead.
- Review and confirm. Click Buy and check the confirmation window before proceeding.
- Choose what to do with leftover Credit. If Roblox offers to convert the remainder, click Buy to convert it to Robux or Cancel to leave it as Credit. Roblox Support describes the first option this way: “Clicking Buy will convert your remaining Roblox Credit to Robux.”
- Check your balance. Refresh the page or navigate to another page to see the updated Robux balance.
If your Credit is too small for a Robux package
If the balance cannot buy a full package, look on the redemption page for Get Robux or Convert Credit to Robux. Use the option shown there to convert the remaining Credit. The available package choices and prices can vary, so use the amount displayed in your account’s current purchase flow rather than assuming a fixed conversion rate.
Where you can use Roblox Credit
Roblox Credit can be viewed and spent in a web browser; it is not usable in the standard Roblox mobile apps. On the redemption page, check the balance below the Redeem button, or find it beside the Roblox Credit line in Billing Settings. The general gift-card guide says redemption is also unavailable on consoles, with a Samsung Galaxy app exception.
What if your Credit does not cover a purchase?
Roblox says payment types cannot be combined or split for a purchase. If Credit does not cover the entire purchase, you must use an alternate payment method for the entire purchase; you cannot pay part with Credit and the rest with another method.

Do you need to redeem another gift card?
No. The steps above use Credit that is already on your account; buying or redeeming another gift card is not required. Gift-card redemption and Credit conversion are separate actions. The general redemption guide notes that Amazon Gift Cards and Party Packs Gift Cards are redeemable for Robux only and cannot be redeemed for Roblox Credit.
Why there is no single Credit-to-Robux rate
Roblox’s support instructions direct users to the packages and amounts available in their account rather than giving one conversion rate for every user or region. Pricing and Robux availability can change. For U.S. users, Roblox’s gift-card terms say Credits may be redeemed for Robux and other Roblox services designated by Roblox; those terms also state that Credits are not refundable or transferable and have no cash value except as required by law. These legal terms are specific to the United States and should not be assumed to apply elsewhere.
