Cider lists standard shipping at 7–11 days, excluding order processing. For in-stock items, add another 1–3 days for warehouse processing, so roughly 8–14 days is a useful planning estimate—not a guaranteed delivery window.
How long does Cider standard shipping take?
Cider’s Shipping & Delivery policy lists standard shipping as 7–11 days. The company specifies that “Shipping time does not include order processing time.” For in-stock items, Cider says warehouse processing may take an additional 1–3 days. Adding those figures gives an approximate 8–14 days from order processing through shipping; this is an arithmetic planning estimate, not a delivery guarantee.

Can Cider deliver in four days?
Cider says eligible Flash Shipping products are intended to arrive within four days. Eligibility depends on the exact size and color, so look for the lightning-marked Flash Shipping option on the product page for the variant you plan to order. The four-day estimate applies to eligible products, not every item or order.
How long do Cider preorders take?
Preorders have an estimated date on the product description page; use that date rather than the standard-shipping estimate. Cider says express shipping is not recommended for preorder products.

What can delay a Cider order?
- Customs: Cider warns that extended customs clearance can delay shipping.
- Some destinations: The policy asks customers in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands to allow 1–2 extra days.
- Regional differences: Shipping estimates are not universal. A Japan-market policy excerpt says delivery is typically around seven days, with another 1–3 processing days expected for in-stock goods. Check the policy applicable to your destination.
- Carrier updates: Tracking or carrier transit updates may be delayed, so a gap in tracking does not by itself establish that an order is lost.
How to check your order’s delivery status
- Open Cider’s website and go to Track My Order, or open Order Details in your account.
- Review the order-specific status and tracking information. Use it for the latest available update rather than treating the general shipping estimate as a delivery appointment.
- If the order has not arrived by the displayed estimate, check again for carrier updates and contact Cider through its order-support options.
