Spain: CNMV notice dated March 25, 2024
The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) listed “aifactor.ai/es” and “AIFACTOR GROUP” in its warning about unregistered entities. The notice stated that the listed entities were not entered in the relevant CNMV register and therefore were not authorized to provide investment services or other activities subject to CNMV supervision. That statement concerns CNMV registration and supervision.
Belgium: FSMA warning dated October 3, 2024
The Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) included “Aifactor,” the domain aifactor.ai and premiumaifactor.vip in its warning about advertisements featuring celebrities on social media. The warning advised the public against responding to offers from the platforms listed. The notice names those domains; it should not be treated as a finding about every business with a similar name.

How to assess the claims before using a trading platform
AI labels alone do not show whether a trading service is reliable or suitable. Before opening an account, depositing funds or providing identity documents, verify the specific legal entity and the arrangements that matter to your decision:
- Identity and authorization: confirm the operator’s legal name, domain and claimed license directly in the current register of your financial regulator. A dated warning or a claimed registration should be checked against current official records.
- Costs and terms: obtain the complete fee schedule and account terms, including any charges for deposits, trading, inactivity or withdrawals.
- Custody and withdrawals: establish who holds customer funds and assets, how withdrawals work, and what restrictions or conditions apply.
- Performance evidence: look for independently verifiable results that explain the period, methodology, risks and whether results are live or simulated. The TechBullion article does not supply measured AiFactor.ai results.
- Strategy controls: understand what trades may be made automatically, what limits you can set, and how to pause or revoke trading access.
Do not infer current availability, pricing, regulation or performance from the 2024 article or notices. Verify those details with the operator and relevant official sources before acting.
