To buy Robux from Amazon, purchase a Roblox digital gift card—not an Amazon.com gift card—then redeem its code on the Roblox account that should receive the Robux. Roblox says Amazon gift cards redeem for Robux only, not Roblox Credit. The steps below reflect guidance checked on October 8, 2026; available sources do not establish Amazon’s exact prices, offers, or availability in 2024.
Choose the right gift card on Amazon
Look for a Roblox digital gift card on Amazon, such as the Roblox gift card on Amazon. Amazon.com gift cards are a separate product for eligible Amazon purchases and related sites; they do not directly add Robux to a Roblox account. Amazon’s gift-card information describes where Amazon gift-card balances can be used.
Before checkout, review the live product listing for the denomination, digital delivery details, and any current conditions. Amazon’s product listings can change, so neither a particular price nor a bonus amount or virtual item should be assumed from an older listing.
Redeem the code on the account you want to fund
- After receiving the code, open Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser and sign in to the intended Roblox account.
- Check the signed-in username carefully. The code will be applied to the account active during redemption.
- Enter the gift card code and select Redeem. Roblox says a confirmation appears when redemption succeeds. Amazon gift cards redeem for Robux only, not Roblox Credit.
Where redemption works—and where it does not
Roblox documents redemption through its website in a browser. Its standard mobile app and consoles do not support gift-card redemption; Roblox identifies the app on Samsung Galaxy devices as an exception. If you are using another mobile device, use a browser to visit the redemption page.

If the code does not work
- Check the entered characters, especially letters and numbers that can be mistaken for one another.
- Confirm you are signed in to the account you intended to receive the Robux.
- If the code still fails, contact Roblox Support. Keep the Amazon receipt and retailer details available in case support asks for them.
Purchase, refund, and expiry cautions
Roblox’s U.S. gift-card terms say cards must be purchased from authorized retailers or distributors, are not refundable except as required by law, and do not expire. These terms are U.S.-specific; regional rules and applicable law may differ, and terms can change. Check the terms that apply to your location and buy from a retailer Roblox recognizes as authorized.
