Submitting an offer and tracking a submission are separate tasks. The Rewards Center uses a promotion code to redeem an eligible offer; after submission, use the tracking number to look up its status.
How to check a submitted rebate
- Open the Verizon Rewards Center’s Check My Status page.
- Find the tracking number in the email confirming your redemption submission and enter it on the page. Verizon also says you can search using your contact information.
- Review the displayed status. Verizon lists statuses such as submitted, processed, or shipped.
If you cannot find the confirmation email or the lookup does not return a result, gather your purchase details and contact Verizon through My Verizon or support. The public status page cannot establish account-specific eligibility or explain every denial.
How to submit an offer that has not been redeemed
- Check your order-confirmation email and My Verizon Notifications or account activity for the offer and its instructions.
- Confirm that the offer applies to your purchase, plan, and device, and check the deadline in the offer terms or receipt.
- If redeeming through the Verizon Rewards Center, use the promotion code. Verizon says customer service can provide the code.
- For an ordered device, wait until it ships before submitting the redemption.
- Keep the submission confirmation and tracking number so you can check status later.
If you need to call Verizon’s Rebate Center
Verizon Support Community accepted answers list 877-899-8980 as the Rebate Center number, with hours of Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m. ET; Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m. ET (Verizon Support Community phone-number answer; community status discussion). The current official mobile reward-card FAQ does not list this number or hours. Treat the community listing as a lead, not confirmed current directory information; if it fails or reaches the wrong team, use My Verizon or Verizon Support to verify the correct contact.

For a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard issue, do not use a general rebate-status route for card balance or transaction questions. Verizon directs cardholders to the link in the card email for balance and transaction details and lists Card Services at 1-888-371-2109.
What to check if an offer is missing
Review My Verizon Notifications and Orders, then compare your purchase and account details with the offer terms. Verizon lists several reasons an offer alert may not appear or apply:

- The device has not shipped, or the mobile number is inactive.
- The submission window has passed, or the offer was already redeemed.
- A plan change made the purchase ineligible.
- The device was returned.
Terms may require you to keep a specified plan, maintain a device payment agreement, or return an original device. A change that breaks an offer condition can affect eligibility or the reward amount. The Verizon mobile rebate deals knowledge base describes a Switcher Rebate deadline of 60 days from activation; that is an offer-specific example, not a universal rule.

- Most reward cards are processed within 8 weeks from the purchase date, with timing varying by offer.
- Verizon says a submitted reward card should arrive in 8–10 weeks.
- A Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is described as arriving within 8 weeks after Verizon receives and validates the redemption submission.
The FAQ says redemption must be submitted within 60 days of the qualifying purchase, but advises checking the receipt for the offer’s deadline. The qualifying trigger date can differ by offer, so follow the terms attached to yours rather than assuming every deadline runs from purchase. Reward type also varies: an offer may provide a Verizon Gift Card or a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard.
