Her wealth story spans acting, television production and directing, endorsements, and business ventures—but available reporting does not show how much each contributed.
Is Eva Longoria worth $80 million?
Fortune described Longoria’s net worth as “north of $80 million” in an April 2026 profile. The article does not publish a calculation, asset list, or other financial documentation, so the figure should be treated as an estimate rather than an audited personal balance sheet. Fortune’s April 10, 2026 profile
That distinction matters: public reports document parts of Longoria’s career and business activity, but do not establish her ownership stakes, personal proceeds, debts, or the value of all her assets. There is no reliable dollar-by-dollar breakdown of her wealth.
How did Longoria make her money?
She worked in recruiting while pursuing acting
Longoria’s early career combined acting with recruiting work. In her Fortune interview, she described negotiating salaries, screening candidates, interviewing, reviewing résumés, and placing candidates while working on The Young and the Restless. Fortune reported that acting initially paid less, so she stayed in recruiting until a pay increase during her third year on the show led her to leave the agency.

Longoria also recalled choosing commission rather than a fixed base salary at the agency and earning three times the base salary within a month. That is her recollection, not an independently audited record of her earnings. Fortune
Desperate Housewives became a major reported source of acting income
Longoria’s best-known acting role was Gabrielle Solis on Desperate Housewives, which ran for eight years. Forbes reported in 2019 that she earned $375,000 per episode by the end of the series. This is a dated, reported late-series figure—not a current salary or a total for the show’s run. Forbes did not quantify her total compensation, residuals, or any share of later syndication income. She expanded into producing and directing
Longoria has said she was interested in the business side of film and television, not only performing. In a 2025 interview with Louisiana Public Broadcasting, she described Desperate Housewives as her “film school” and said producing and directing gave her ways to create opportunities for herself and others. Forbes reported that she launched UnbeliEVAble Entertainment and worked as an executive producer, director, and actor on Grand Hotel. The article also noted production deals with 20th Century Fox and Universal at that time in 2019; those historical deals do not establish her company’s current arrangements or revenues. Forbes

She has pursued ventures and endorsements
AARP’s March 2026 release says Longoria cofounded Hyphenate Media Group in 2023. It also describes her directing and hosting work on CNN’s Searching For, her long-running relationship as a L’Oréal Paris spokesperson, and ventures including Casa Del Sol Tequila and Risa Cookware. The release reports that Siete Foods sold to PepsiCo for $1.2 billion in 2025 and identifies Longoria as an investor. The sale price was for the company; the source does not disclose her ownership percentage or personal proceeds. AARP, March 24, 2026
What the public figures do—and do not—show
| Reported figure | What it refers to | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| “North of $80 million” | Fortune’s April 2026 characterization of Longoria’s estimated net worth. | A verified balance sheet or a transparent calculation. Fortune |
| $375,000 per episode | Forbes’ 2019 report of Longoria’s pay by the end of Desperate Housewives. | Total earnings across the series, residuals, or current compensation. Forbes |
| $1.2 billion | AARP’s reported 2025 sale value for Siete Foods. | Longoria’s personal payout or investment return. AARP |
These numbers describe different things: an estimated personal net worth, a reported per-episode acting fee, and a company sale value. They cannot be added together to calculate Longoria’s fortune. The available reporting also does not provide a complete breakdown of income from acting, production, real estate, endorsements, or investments.

Why her career is a story of diversification
Longoria’s documented path moved from paid work behind the scenes in recruiting to acting, then into producing and directing, alongside endorsements and business ventures. That diversification helps explain how her career has broadened beyond a single television role. It does not, by itself, reveal the financial contribution of any one project: a company’s existence, a partnership, or an investment is not proof of a particular ownership share or personal return.
