The lowest reported headline payment in these November 2024 EV lease roundups was $99 a month for a Nissan Ariya in a Denver example—but it depended on substantial incentives and eligibility conditions. A more widely reported illustration was a Tesla Model Y at $349 a month for 36 months, with $2,999 due at signing. These are expired U.S. advertisements, not offers available to claim now, and neither is a universal “best” deal.

Reported EV lease offers from November 2024

The figures below were reported by automotive publications as November 2024 advertisements. Vehicle, location, term, mileage, fees, and qualifications differ, so the monthly payments are not directly comparable.

Vehicle and example Reported payment Term and amount due at signing Source and qualifications
Tesla Model Y $349 per month 36 months; $2,999 due at signing Reported by Electrify News and CarEdge. Mileage allowance and other fee details are not stated in the reviewed excerpts.
Tesla Model 3 $299 per month 36 months; $2,999 due at signing Reported by Electrify News. Mileage allowance and other fee details are not stated in the reviewed excerpt.
2024 Nissan Ariya Engage FWD, Denver example $99 per month 24 months; $3,509 due at signing Autoevolution says the example included a $5,000 Colorado Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit, $10,000 in bonus cash, and a $1,000 loyalty bonus. Eligibility and location make this especially specific.
2025 Nissan LEAF S, Colorado example $129 per month 36 months; $2,529 due at signing Autoevolution says the offer included a Colorado credit and a $400 cash bonus.
2025 Nissan LEAF S, other-market examples As low as $259 per month $2,309 due at signing; term not stated in the reviewed account Reported by Autoevolution.
2024 Acura ZDX A-Spec $489 per month 36 months/30,000 miles; $5,999 at signing Reported by Car and Driver on November 9, 2024.

Car and Driver also described a November 2024 Nissan LEAF S payment as under $300 a month with “a couple grand down,” but the exact payment and full offer terms are not available in the reviewed passage. Electrify News covered additional models, including the GMC Hummer EV Pickup and SUV, GMC Sierra EV, Nissan Ariya, Lucid Air, and Toyota bZ4X; check its November 2024 roundup for the specific trim and terms before comparing them.

Why the lowest monthly payment may not be the cheapest lease

A lease advertisement’s monthly figure leaves out the cash required to start the contract. For example, the reported Model Y figure is $349 a month, but it also requires $2,999 at signing. Even before taxes and fees, 36 payments total $12,564; adding the stated upfront amount brings those advertised components to $15,563. That arithmetic is not a complete lease cost because the advertisement details available here do not establish all taxes, fees, mileage terms, or other charges.

EVDANCE Level 1&2 EV Charger, Electric Vehicle Portable Charger with 25FT Cable, ETL Listed J1772 EVSE for All EVs & PHEVs, 12A 120V/16A 240V(Black, 16A Max | NEMA 5-15&6-20(Standard Home Plug))
  • Flex Level 1 EV Charger - The EVDANCE Level 1 electric car charger is compatible with J1772 electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles (North American Standard). *Tesla requires a SAE J1772 adapter.
  • Convenient to Use - This charger has both NEMA 6-20 plug for 16A 240V charging (3.68kW, 10-12 mi/h) and a NEMA 6-20 to 5-15 plug adapter for 12A 120V charging (1.44kW, 2-5 mi/h). The included bag makes it easier to carry on the go. It also has a 25ft cable length, you can use it flexibly from anywhere in the garage or driveway.
  • Check Your Outlet Type -This charger works with standard 120V NEMA 5-15/5-20 outlets (2-5 mph charging speed) and 240V NEMA 6-20 outlets (10-12 mph) . It's not compatible with NEMA 6-15/10-30/14-30/14-50/6-50 outlets – you'll need a NEMA 14-50/14-30/10-30/6-50 to 6-20 adapter (sold separately) to connect.
  • Compatible EV Models -This EV charger works with most major electric vehicles, including Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Audi, Nissan Ariya, Rivian R1S, Kia, and others. However, it's not compatible with Mini Cooper Electric Hardtop,Toyota Prus Prime/Z4X/RAV4Prime, Porsche Taycan Base/4S/Turbo/Turbo S or Tesla models (Tesla requires a J1772 to Tesla Adapter, sold separately). For a full list of compatible models, check out the Full Compatibility List on our product page.
  • Indication Displays - LED display that can tell you the status as well as indicate errors while charging your electric vehicle.

For the Denver Ariya example, 24 monthly payments total $2,376, but the reported $3,509 due at signing brings those two stated components to $5,885 before any unlisted costs. The low payment was tied to the listed Colorado credit, bonus cash, and loyalty bonus, so a shopper elsewhere—or one who does not qualify—should not expect the same price.

Car and Driver cautions: “When comparing similar cars, be aware that a lower monthly price often demands more money up front.” Its advice is useful beyond the two examples: compare the full payment structure rather than ranking offers by the monthly number alone.

How to compare a lease quote fairly

  1. Check the offer for your ZIP code. Enter your ZIP code on the automaker’s offer page or ask a local dealer whether the advertised special applies in your area. Car and Driver notes that national offers may not apply everywhere.
  2. Write down every payment and fee. Compare the monthly payment with the complete amount due at signing, including any required down payment, first payment, acquisition fee, taxes, title, registration, and dealer charges. Ask which items are included in the advertised upfront figure.
  3. Match the term and mileage allowance. A 24-month lease is not directly comparable to a 36-month lease, and a mileage allowance can change the value of an offer. Ask for the annual mileage limit and the charge for exceeding it.
  4. Confirm the qualifications behind incentives. Ask whether the price relies on state or local credits, loyalty or conquest bonuses, specific credit approval, or other eligibility rules. The Ariya example shows how incentives can be stacked into a location-specific payment.
  5. Review the actual lease terms. Request the negotiated vehicle price, money factor, residual value, and all required fees in writing. Car and Driver identifies these terms, along with legal details, as factors that affect lease cost.
  6. Compare the total contract cost and your expected use. Add the stated payments and upfront costs, then include the fees and taxes in the written quote. Consider whether the mileage allowance, vehicle, and contract length fit your needs rather than choosing solely on the headline payment.

Are these November 2024 prices still available?

No. These figures describe U.S. advertisements reported for November 2024 and are expired as of October 8, 2026. They are historical examples, not current quotes or guarantees. The available reporting supplies useful comparisons but does not establish a contemporaneous manufacturer offer page for every figure. Verify any present-day lease directly with the automaker or dealer, including its current ZIP-specific terms, eligibility, taxes, and fees.
