Is the HPSC application link still open?
No. The deadline reported for this notice was May 28, 2025, at 5:00 pm, so the registration window has passed. Scroll’s article linked to the HPSC website and a registration portal, but those links were provided for the expired recruitment. Do not use them as evidence that applications are currently being accepted.

Scroll’s summary said applicants were to open the Advertisement tab, select the registration link for AGM, AE and other posts, register, complete the form, upload documents, submit it and retain a printout. These were steps for the now-expired notice, not a current application procedure.
The same report summarized the fees as follows. The underlying HPSC notification was not independently verified, so treat these as Scroll’s reported figures:
- Rs 1,000 for male unreserved and OBC applicants, and male applicants from other states.
- Rs 250 for female unreserved applicants, female applicants from other states, and Haryana SC, BC-A, BC-B and ESM applicants.
- Fee exemption for Haryana PwD applicants.
