Growjo announced its 10K Fastest Growing Companies for 2021 on June 3, 2021. A separate Growjo awards post published five days later named a ranked top ten, led by Hopin. Growjo said its list drew on more than 20 growth indicators and covered companies with fewer than 1,000 employees, but the cited announcements do not disclose a reproducible scoring formula.
What Growjo announced on June 3, 2021
The June 3 announcement, issued through Business Wire and republished by VentureBeat, described a list of 10,000 companies across sectors including FinTech, digital health, IT, biotech and SaaS. Growjo said its ranking used multiple data sources and more than 20 unique growth indicators. Founder Tom Blue characterized the selected companies as representing growth in both revenue and overall job growth.
Growjo also said companies did not need to apply or pay to be included. It described the eligibility threshold as fewer than 1,000 employees. Those are Growjo’s descriptions of its own process; the announcement does not provide independent verification or enough detail to reproduce the ranking.

Growjo noted that BlockFi appeared in the top ten for a second time. This is the top ten from the June 8 awards post, not a list of company examples from the June 3 press release. The earlier release named several New York-area firms as examples; the two documents serve different purposes and should not be treated as presenting the same set of names.
What the ranking does—and does not—show
Growjo’s announcements describe a ranking built from multiple sources and more than 20 indicators, but they do not disclose indicator weights, company-by-company calculations or a formula that would let readers independently recreate the order. The phrase “fastest growing” therefore reflects Growjo’s own ranking, not a result readers can verify from a published scoring method in these announcements.
The June 8 post also says the list included companies under 1,000 employees and required neither a fee nor a submission. These are Growjo’s stated eligibility and inclusion terms, rather than independently audited facts.

Growjo’s historical awards post links to a page described as the full 2021 list. That link now resolves to Growjo’s homepage and a directory labeled “Top 10,000 companies for the Spring of 2026,” rather than the historical ranking. The current directory should not be used to infer the 2021 ranks, and the historical 10,000-company list is not available through that link as it stands.

Accordingly, the top ten above can be attributed to the June 8, 2021 post, but the remaining positions and their scores cannot be established from that page. A complete historical export or archived copy would be needed to substantiate the rest of the ranking.
