News reports attributed the domestic rates to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA); these are historical reported rates, not live quotes.

Mettis Global reported these rates and daily changes, and an Associated Press of Pakistan report republished by ProPakistani gave the same per-tola gold and silver figures. Mettis Global’s 18 November 2025 report and ProPakistani’s republication of the APP report attribute the domestic rates to APGJSA.
How rates changed from the previous day
On 17 November, the comparison values were Rs430,662 per tola for 24-karat gold and Rs5,368 per tola for 24-karat silver. The reported 18 November rates therefore reflected declines of Rs7,000 and Rs123 per tola, respectively, according to Mettis Global.
Why another report lists a different gold price
A Pakistan Observer page with the same date in its title lists 24-karat gold at Rs437,000 per tola. That conflicts with the Rs423,662 figure reported by Mettis Global and the APP report republished by ProPakistani. Mettis Global’s comparison table published the following day also supports Rs423,662 for 18 November. The reviewed sources do not explain the discrepancy, so Rs423,662 is the better-supported reported figure, while the cause of the conflicting entry remains unverified.

Pakistan Observer’s same-date page contains the conflicting entry; Mettis Global’s next-day comparison gives the lower rate for 18 November.
What the reported prices do—and do not—tell you
These are rates reported by news outlets as APGJSA figures. The reviewed reports do not establish that every jeweler or city transacted at exactly these prices, nor do they provide dependable city-by-city rates or a direct APGJSA bulletin explaining how the association calculates them. A reported association rate should therefore be treated as a market reference, not a guaranteed quote for a particular purchase or sale.

International gold figures reported that day
Mettis Global reported international gold near $4,022 per ounce, down $14.3, or 0.35%, from the prior session. The APP report republished by ProPakistani reported an association figure of $4,013 per ounce, down $70. The reports describe these figures differently; they should not be treated as the same measure.
