- Cyber Forensic: First-division M.Sc. in Computer Science or MCA, or a first-division Computer Science engineering degree; three years of cyber-forensic experience from a recognized institution.
- Scene of Crime: At least second-class M.Sc. in one of the listed biological, chemical, physical, mathematical, statistical or forensic disciplines; three years of relevant research and analytical experience.
- Documents: At least second-class M.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry or Forensic Science; three years of relevant research and analytical experience.
- Physics: At least second-class M.Sc. in Physics or Forensic Science; three years of relevant research and analytical experience.
- Toxicology: First-division M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Toxicology or Forensic Science; three years of forensic-toxicology research or analytical experience.
- NDPS: First-division M.Sc. in Chemistry or Forensic Science; three years of relevant research or analytical experience.

- Pay the applicable fee by the deadline of August 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
- Print the completed application, sign it, and upload the signed printout as instructed.
- Keep the application PDF and supporting documents sent to the registered email address.
HPSC warned that failure to upload the completed, signed printout would leave an application incomplete and liable to rejection. The commission also stated: “The candidates should carefully enter their particulars and details in the online application forms because after submission of the online application form, no change in any particular/detail would be allowed.”
