The HSSC Group C Phase 2 admit card covered candidates in Groups 16, 22, 23, 30 and 47 under Advertisement No. 3/2023. The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) said on Dec. 22, 2023, that cards would be available from Dec. 26; Scroll reported on Dec. 27 that they had been released. The written examinations took place on Dec. 30 and 31, 2023, so this is a historical update, not a current admit-card release.
Who and which exams the notice covered
HSSC’s Dec. 22, 2023 examination notice covered all categories under Group Nos. 16, 22, 23, 30 and 47 against Advertisement No. 3/2023. It specified written examinations using OMR answer sheets. The notice listed the centre for each candidate as “As per Admit Card.” HSSC official website (see the Commission’s public notices) provides current official information; the 2023 schedule below is not a current exam timetable.
2023 exam schedule by group
These are the dates and times printed in HSSC’s notice dated Dec. 22, 2023. Candidates needed to use their own admit card for their examination centre and personal details.

HSSC’s schedule was session-specific: the reporting and last-entry times differed between morning and evening examinations. The Commission instructed candidates to follow the centre and directions printed on their own card.

How candidates downloaded the admit card in 2023
Scroll’s Dec. 27, 2023 report described these steps for the then-available download:
- Visit the HSSC website.
- Open the Group C Phase 2 admit-card link.
- Log in using the details requested by the site.
- Select View/Download to open the card.
- Save the admit card and print a copy.
Scroll did not specify the login fields, so candidates should not assume a particular registration number, date of birth, password or other credential based on that report. Printing was part of the reported steps; the sources do not establish a required paper size or brand.

What HSSC said about instructions and missing roll numbers
HSSC directed candidates to read the instructions printed on the admit card and the Commission’s examination instructions. Its notice said applicants who could not find their roll number could visit the Commission office with relevant documents by Dec. 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. That deadline has passed. The Commission also said it would not send separate information by post.

The 2023 release link should be treated as historical. HSSC’s public-notice page, checked Oct. 8, 2026, lists current notices but does not establish that the old admit-card download endpoint still works. For present-day questions, use HSSC’s current official website and notices rather than relying on an archived link.
