What the HPAS 2025 application notice covered
HPPSC’s press note dated 22 July 2025 invited candidates who had qualified in the HPAS Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination 2025 to submit a fresh application for the Main Examination. It was not an opening of initial registration for the Preliminary Examination.
The application period was 22 July through 5 August 2025, with the deadline at 11:59 PM on the final day. HPPSC said the application link would be disabled after the deadline. Where to check for a current HPAS opportunity
HPPSC’s notices index lists an advertisement for the HPAS Combined Competitive Examination 2026 dated 25 August 2026. Candidates interested in that cycle should open the official 2026 notice and follow its own application dates, eligibility rules and instructions. The 2025 Main Examination dates do not establish the 2026 schedule. Check HPPSC’s official notices.

How the 2025 application process worked
For the 2025 cycle, applications were handled online through HPPSC’s website and One Time Registration system. The recruitment advertisement said an application counted as successfully submitted only after required documents were uploaded and the fee was acknowledged and credited. A registration profile alone was not enough to complete the application. See the 2025 recruitment advertisement.
Those process details describe the 2025 cycle; they do not mean its portal or application window remains open. For any later cycle, use the current notice’s specified portal and submission requirements.
