GCash deposits for Tongits on GameZone are not risk-free. GCash and GameZone are separate services, and neither a regulator listing nor statements from the gaming platform guarantee that a payment will go through smoothly, that an account cannot be compromised, or that a deposit or winnings will always be returned. You can reduce avoidable risks by verifying the exact site, protecting your credentials, and treating any money you wager as money you could lose.

- Compare the full domain in your browser’s address bar with the domain shown by PAGCOR. Do not rely on a search ad, social-media post, or a familiar-looking brand name.
- Only enter account or payment details after checking the exact address. If it does not match, stop and verify before proceeding.
The dated list is evidence of a regulator listing, not a guarantee that every transaction is trouble-free or that funds cannot be lost. Domains and listings can change, so verify the exact URL against PAGCOR’s current resource when you are ready to play.
What GameZone says about security, testing, and insurance
GameZone’s terms say its online gaming system uses security protocols and has been certified by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), and that games are tested for fairness, randomness, and reliability. These are statements made by the operator. The terms alone do not establish the current certificate’s validity dates, coverage, or which systems and games it covers. Game testing is not the same as an audit of GCash, a guarantee against account takeover, or assurance that a balance will be paid out.

The available terms do not establish every coverage limit or claim procedure. Do not treat this wording as a guarantee that all deposits, winnings, or balances are insured.
What happens to your personal information
GameZone’s terms say registration involves collecting personal information such as your name, birth date, and contact details. They also say information may be shared with affiliates, PAGCOR-accredited operators, and selected third parties for stated purposes that include account security, safeguarding funds, risk control, service administration, and compliance. Review the current GameZone terms and privacy information before registering; the platform’s description does not mean your information stays only with GameZone.

Protect your GCash and gaming accounts
A GCash statement published on 13 May 2023 advises users to transact only through official channels and says GCash will never ask for an MPIN, OTP, or other personal information through personal messages. That is credential-safety guidance, not a complete or current payment-dispute procedure.
- Never share your MPIN or OTP with someone contacting you by message or asking you to disclose it.
- Ignore unsolicited requests for credentials, even if the sender claims to represent a wallet or gaming service.
- Use GCash’s official app or published channels to contact the service about suspicious activity.
- Review GameZone’s current withdrawal and privacy terms before depositing.
The 2023 statement does not establish current timelines or specific steps for resolving a dispute about a GameZone payment. Do not assume that a suspicious transaction will be reimbursed or resolved by a particular date.

Set a limit you can afford to lose
PAGCOR’s responsible-gaming guidance says: “Never borrow money or use all of your resources for gambling.” A deposit is money at risk once you wager it. Do not fund play with borrowed money or money needed for essentials.
GameZone’s homepage lists a minimum age of 21 and additional restricted groups, including specified government officials and members of the armed forces and law enforcement. Check the current eligibility rules before registering or playing.
