Yes—some dealer listings for remaining new 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning pickups showed discounts above $15,000, according to an Autoblog report published June 29, 2026. The largest reported savings were on the Flash trim, at $15,000 to $20,000. Those were dated dealer-listing figures, not a current nationwide Ford rebate or a guarantee that the same price is still available.
What the June 2026 report found
Autoblog reported discounts on remaining new 2025 F-150 Lightning inventory, based on a Cars.com nationwide inventory scan conducted June 29, 2026. The discounts were attributed to dealer pricing. The report did not present them as a fixed Ford incentive schedule.
Its scan counted 212 new 2025 Lightnings nationwide. Inventory and prices below are the figures reported at that time, not current October 2026 availability or guaranteed transaction prices.

Which trim had the biggest reported discount?
Flash had the largest stated discount range: $15,000 to $20,000 in the June 29 report. The summary of the report says XLT, Lariat and Platinum had different savings, but does not establish their precise discount amounts. The lowest listed price is a separate comparison: XLT’s reported lowest listing, $45,969, was below Flash’s $53,425, but that does not mean XLT had the largest discount. A listed price depends on the original price, dealer pricing and applicable offers, so compare the exact truck rather than inferring savings from trim order.
Are those discounts available now or near you?
The June 2026 figures do not establish whether new 2025 Lightnings remain in stock in October 2026, whether a dealer still advertises a discount above $15,000, or whether a particular buyer qualifies. Inventory changes, and a nationwide scan cannot confirm local stock. Search current dealer inventory, then confirm the exact truck by VIN directly with the dealer.

Ford’s quote flow says incentives are determined by the shopper’s ZIP code and are subject to change and expiration. It also directs shoppers to the dealer for details. Check Ford’s incentives and quote flow using your location; the page does not establish a fixed nationwide offer.
How to check whether an advertised discount applies to you
- Confirm the vehicle. Ask for the VIN, model year and trim, and verify the truck is new and physically available. This prevents a quote for a different configuration or a vehicle already sold.
- Request a written price breakdown. Have the dealer show the selling price before incentives, each dealer discount, and each Ford incentive separately. Ask which offers require financing, lease terms, trade-in, or other eligibility conditions.
- Verify eligibility and timing. Ford says offers can vary by ZIP code, change or expire, and may include qualification or delivery-deadline restrictions. Ask the dealer to confirm the offer attached to that VIN, its expiration date, and the steps you must meet.
- Check whether offers combine. Do not add every advertised incentive together: Ford warns some offers cannot be combined. Ask the dealer to identify which offers can actually be applied in the same transaction. Ford’s incentive terms and finance information direct shoppers to the dealer for full details.
- Compare the final out-the-door quote. Include taxes, title, registration, dealer fees, financing or lease terms, and any add-ons. Compare quotes for the same model year and trim, and judge the total amount you would pay—not the headline discount.
Why the advertised savings may differ from your deal
A large advertised discount can combine dealer price reductions with conditional manufacturer offers, and a listing’s displayed price may not include every fee or qualify every shopper. Offers can also be mutually exclusive. The useful comparison is therefore the final written quote for the same VIN, with each discount and condition identified, rather than a claimed savings figure alone.
