“A-C” identifica uma faixa alfabética de organização no documento encontrado com esse título — não o tamanho físico da etiqueta. Para usar ou reproduzir o modelo, confirme as dimensões do papel e do visor da sua pasta antes de imprimir: etiquetas, abas e encaixes variam entre sistemas.
O que significa “A-C” no modelo?
O documento indexado no Scribd, enviado por usuário e aprimorado por IA, apresenta uma folha de etiquetas para pastas suspensas dividida por intervalos alfabéticos. O trecho disponível mostra A–C, D–E, F, G–I, J–L e M, além de colunas alternadas para nomes masculinos e femininos. Isso descreve aquele documento; não é um padrão geral de arquivamento, e a sequência visível não confirma que o arquivo percorra o alfabeto inteiro. Veja o resultado indexado no Scribd.
Se pretende usar esse modelo, confira o conteúdo completo e as dimensões no arquivo original. O excerto disponível não informa o tamanho da folha nem para qual visor o layout foi preparado.
Como escolher o formato da etiqueta
Antes de imprimir ou comprar, compare a área útil do visor e o tipo de aba ou presilha da pasta. A altura e a largura do papel precisam caber no visor; o modo de fixação precisa corresponder à pasta. As referências abaixo são opções distintas, não prova de que os produtos sejam intercambiáveis.

Como preparar e colocar a etiqueta
- Meça o visor. Confira a largura e a altura úteis do visor instalado ou da área disponível no topo da pasta; observe também como a aba se prende ao trilho.
- Escolha como identificar. Escreva no papel do inserto, imprima em folha dedicada compatível com o modelo ou imprima em papel comum para recortar. Não selecione uma folha de etiquetas apenas pelo nome “pasta suspensa”: confira o formato e as medidas.
- Ajuste o documento. Configure a impressão conforme as dimensões reais do inserto e da folha. Para o conjunto Goodie, a listagem recomenda configurar o documento segundo as dimensões antes de imprimir.
- Insira e encaixe. Coloque o papel no visor transparente e prenda o visor à aba ou ao trilho correspondente. Em produtos DURABLE, use os insertos e abas indicados para as referências compatíveis.
Como evitar uma impressão incompatível
- Não interprete “A-C” como medida: no documento indexado, o rótulo indica uma faixa alfabética.
- Não aplique os 1,5 × 6,0 cm da especificação WEG a qualquer pasta; a medida se refere àquela especificação.
- Não presuma que uma folha Avery 1/5-cut sirva em todo visor usado no Brasil. O formato da folha e o encaixe da pasta são questões diferentes.
- Se usar um arquivo editável encontrado online, valide o conteúdo e as dimensões antes de imprimir. O trecho indexado do modelo A-C não estabelece esses dados.
