Yes. Big Fish Games accepts PayPal, but its payment guidance says you must also keep a credit card on your payment profile as a backup in case a PayPal transaction fails. The payment choices shown at checkout are the final check because Big Fish says it may change the options it accepts.
Can you use PayPal to join Big Fish Game Club?
Yes. Big Fish’s Game Club enrollment instructions show both Credit Card and PayPal as checkout options. Its payment guidance separately says a credit card should be stored on the payment profile when using PayPal; Big Fish describes that card as an alternate if a PayPal transaction fails. See Big Fish’s payment guidance and Game Club enrollment instructions.
Why isn’t PayPal showing at Big Fish checkout?
Big Fish’s enrollment instructions say to enter the billing address associated with the card or PayPal account if a payment option is not showing. Payment availability can also depend on the payment profile and checkout context, and Big Fish reserves the right to change payment options. Check the current checkout screen; the available choices there are more useful than assuming PayPal will appear for every transaction.
Does PayPal work for every Big Fish purchase?
Big Fish identifies PayPal as an accepted payment method, and its Game Club instructions show PayPal during enrollment. The cited guidance does not provide a complete country-by-country availability list or promise that PayPal will appear for every purchase. Some cards may not work for recurring charges, according to Big Fish’s payment guidance.

What if you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play?
An app-store transaction is handled differently from a purchase billed directly by Big Fish. Big Fish’s Terms of Use say that transactions through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow the app provider’s refund policy. For those purchases, consult the relevant app store rather than assuming Big Fish’s direct-payment or refund process applies.

Big Fish’s Terms of Use say the payment method selected is charged at purchase and that payment options may change. For direct Big Fish orders, credits or refunds are typically returned to the same payment method and account used for the order. The terms do not make that direct-billing process the rule for app-store purchases.
