Short answer: DiplomaPrints has positive customer feedback on the Reviews.io page available when checked in 2026, but that evidence does not independently verify print quality or prove overall business reliability. The company describes its products as unofficial replicas for personal use—not credentials for employment, enrollment, licensing, or official verification.
What DiplomaPrints sells—and what it does not
DiplomaPrints says it creates custom-designed replica diplomas, transcripts, and academic-style sets in digital, printed, or combined formats. It lists personal records, keepsakes, display, novelty use, and production props as possible purposes. Its descriptions of paper, typography, borders, seals, and other finishing options are the company’s own claims, not independently verified product specifications. DiplomaPrints
The most important distinction is that these are not credentials issued by a school, district, testing authority, or government agency. DiplomaPrints says its documents cannot be used for official verification, licensing, enrollment, or employment. Its restrictions also state that buying a document does not confer a degree or license and that it will not print a letter claiming the document is official. A personal-use copy is not a substitute for an authorized credential.
What the available reviews say
When accessed in 2026, Reviews.io displayed a 4.8 rating based on 43 reviews. Visible verified-buyer comments generally praised printing and paper quality, customer service, attention to detail, and delivery speed. These are customer reports on one review platform, not results from a controlled print-quality test or a representative survey. Reviews.io reviews for DiplomaPrints

- BULK CERTIFICATE PAPER: 100 sheets of 8.5" x 11" specialized paper with classic blue floral baroque border design.
- QUALITY: Each identical certificate is made of 100 gsm specialty paper with a high-quality border print
- "BLANK": A faint, artistic background design completes the classic look of the certificate, lending a polished appearance to printed, personalized awards
- PRINTER-FRIENDLY: Compatible with inkjet and laser printers: just determine your print margins, create your design, and print!
- VERSATILE: Can be used in horizontal or vertical format, with black and white ink and/or colored designs
The page also showed a more mixed service experience. One reviewer initially reported not receiving a proof or diploma, then edited the review to say customer service contacted them and resolved the issue. The company replied with its account of sending a proof, tracking, and upgraded shipping. Another reviewer described shipping as slightly slow. The first reviewer’s stated resolution is useful context, but it does not establish how often delays occur or guarantee future delivery times.
The 4.8 rating and 43-review count are an access-time snapshot, not a permanent measure; review totals can change, and different views of the platform showed different counts. The visible comments offer a positive signal about reported customer experiences, but they cannot establish that every order will meet a buyer’s expectations.

How to interpret the Scam Detector score
Scam Detector displayed a score of 48.4 out of 100 and labeled the site “doubtful/medium risk.” The score is that publisher’s algorithmic assessment based on aggregated factors; it is not a government or regulator finding, and it does not by itself establish that DiplomaPrints is fraudulent. Scam Detector’s DiplomaPrints assessment
The two signals answer different questions: Reviews.io records individual customer feedback, while Scam Detector presents an automated site-risk assessment. Neither independently tests a delivered diploma or settles the company’s overall reliability. The available evidence does not establish a court or regulator determination about DiplomaPrints.

What to check before ordering a personal-use copy
DiplomaPrints describes an order process in which customers provide document details, review a digital proof before production, and choose a digital or physical format. It also lists customization and finishing options. These are vendor descriptions, so confirm the current options and terms on the site before paying. DiplomaPrints FAQ
- Review the proof carefully against your intended personal-use purpose before approving production.
- Check current shipping estimates, delivery options, and refund terms at checkout.
- The company FAQ states that it offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. Treat this as a vendor-published claim and read the current conditions and exclusions before relying on it.
- If you are buying for display, a frame may protect and present the keepsake, but it does not change the document’s unofficial status.
If you need an official diploma or transcript
Contact the school, district, testing authority, or records office that issued the original and ask about an authorized replacement or transcript. The appropriate process, cost, and timing depend on that institution; no general price or turnaround can be established here. DiplomaPrints itself says its documents are not valid for credential verification or employment use.
