If Depop stays on “One moment” when you try to edit a listing, the cause is not established: historical user reports do not confirm a current outage or explain why it happens. Try the web Selling Hub, check the app and your connection, then send Depop support a recording and device details if the problem continues.
What the “One moment” message means—and what is known
Depop users have reported listing-edit screens that remain on a “one moment” loading message. A Reddit discussion from January 29, 2023 includes a user who said restarting their phone did not clear the screen, as well as replies from others reporting trouble editing listings. These are anecdotal reports, not a diagnosis or confirmation of a current, widespread problem: the January 2023 discussion.
The available information does not establish whether the symptom is an active Depop outage, a device- or account-specific issue, or a bug that has since been fixed. Do not assume it is a Depop-wide failure based on older reports alone.
Try editing from Depop’s web Selling Hub
Depop documents listing edits through the web Selling Hub. Depending on the change, sellers can edit individual listings inline, select listings for bulk edits, or open a full edit view. If the app screen will not load, sign in to Depop on the web and try the relevant editing option there. Web editing is a documented alternative, not a guarantee that a particular listing or account will work there.

- Delete and reinstall the app, then log in again.
- Try both Wi-Fi and mobile data to see whether the symptom changes with the network.
- If available, sign in on another device and check whether you can edit the listing there.
- Check Depop on the web to determine whether the problem is limited to the app.
Use Depop’s app troubleshooting guidance for its current instructions. To check how to update the app, refer to Depop’s latest-app-versions help page; version numbers can change, so check the page or your app store rather than relying on an old version number.

If the app remains stuck after those checks, contact Depop support. Include the device or browser you used, your operating-system version, and the Depop app version. Depop also asks for a screen recording that starts when you open the app, so the team can see what happens before the listing-edit screen gets stuck. Its support team may resolve the problem or ask for more details.
