Computacenter says its acquisition of AgreeYa Solutions and the assets of AgreeYa India will expand its North American professional-services business with expertise in cloud, data, automation, AI, digital engineering, modern workplace services and IT staffing. The company announced the deal on January 8, 2026, describing the enterprise value as up to $120 million and saying it expected the acquisition to be immediately earnings accretive.

What the acquisition adds

AgreeYa broadens Computacenter’s services beyond technology supply and support into a wider set of project and specialist capabilities. In its January 8, 2026 announcement, Computacenter described the additions as:

  • Cloud, data, automation and AI: expertise to support customers’ work in these areas.
  • Digital engineering: application modernization, development and testing.
  • Modern workplace: services focused on workplace technology and related customer needs.
  • Expert IT staffing: access to specialist personnel.

The combination gives Computacenter a broader professional-services offer for enterprise customers in North America. The announcement identifies telecommunications, financial services, professional services, and state and local government as AgreeYa customer markets; it does not break down the acquired revenue by sector.

Deal terms and the scale Computacenter expects

Computacenter announced the purchase of AgreeYa Solutions Inc. and the assets of its associated AgreeYa India business for an enterprise value of up to $120 million. “Up to” is the company’s stated transaction value, not a claim that the purchase price is a fixed $120 million payment.

The company said AgreeYa had more than 600 people in the United States and more than 700 in India, including contract staff. Computacenter also estimated that the business would generate approximately $120 million in consolidated revenue and approximately $14 million in adjusted EBITDA for 2025. These are the buyer’s estimates stated in the January 2026 announcement, not reported post-acquisition results.

Computacenter expected the acquisition to lift its annualized North American professional-services revenue to more than $350 million. It also said the deal was expected to be immediately earnings accretive. Both are management expectations; the announcement does not establish whether either outcome was subsequently achieved.

Why the US and India footprint matters

AgreeYa is headquartered in Folsom, California, and serves US enterprise customers. Its India operation is based primarily in Noida, near Delhi. That footprint adds both customer access in the United States and delivery capacity in India to Computacenter’s existing operations.

Computacenter chief executive Mike Norris said the acquisition brings “more target market customers,” describing customer access as part of the company’s rationale. That is management’s stated view, rather than an independently measured assessment of the deal’s strategic impact.

How Computacenter plans to integrate AgreeYa

Computacenter said AgreeYa’s existing leadership would remain to run the business, with the acquired operations integrated into Computacenter’s US and India operations over time. The announcement did not give a completion timetable or detailed integration milestones, so it does not support a more specific account of when operations, teams or services will be combined.

What is known—and what remains to be demonstrated

The announcement establishes the capabilities and workforce Computacenter said it was acquiring, along with the buyer’s expectations for 2025 revenue, adjusted EBITDA, annualized North American professional-services revenue and earnings accretion. It does not quantify expected synergies or provide verified post-deal performance. Those measures would be needed to assess whether the forecast scale and financial benefits materialized.
