Google Fi’s offers page currently advertises a $60 bill credit for both an eligible new customer and the person who refers them. Who qualifies for the Pixel 11 Fi promotion?
The Pixel offer is not an unconditional phone discount. The listed terms require a U.S. resident, a U.S. shipping address, age 18 or older, and a new Google Fi customer with Google Pay and Google Fi Wireless accounts. Select Google Fi at the carrier-selection step and activate the phone within 30 days of shipment confirmation.
- Keep the qualifying Fi plan active and in good standing for the 24-month credit period. Cancelling, pausing, changing, or suspending the qualifying plan stops future credits.
- Changing devices before 120 days can trigger a charge for the instant discount.
- Monthly credits do not roll over. The promotion is limited, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and generally cannot be combined with other device promotions.
- Taxes and charges excluded by the offer terms remain the customer’s responsibility. The service credit does not make excluded costs—such as taxes, financing costs, international charges, or device-protection fees—free.
Read the terms attached to the exact device and plan before purchasing; a listing or headline alone does not establish that an existing Fi customer qualifies.
Google Store deals and Google Fi deals are not interchangeable
A Google Store purchase is generally an unlocked hardware transaction, with eligible discounts applied at checkout and any trade-in value depending on the device and its inspection. A Fi promotion links the phone incentive to wireless service and may deliver much of its value as credits over time. The best route therefore depends on whether you are new to Fi, already use it, or want to keep carrier flexibility.

What “free” or “on us” means in these offers
These terms can refer to different kinds of value, and only some reduce the checkout total immediately.
- Instant discount: Lowers the eligible purchase price at checkout.
- Monthly bill credits: Arrive over time and depend on continuing to meet the offer’s requirements. Leaving the qualifying service early can mean losing the remaining credits.
- Trade-in credit: Depends on the old device’s model, condition, and acceptance after inspection; an estimate is not a guaranteed final value.
- Service credit: Reduces eligible future service bills, rather than acting as cash or a phone-price reduction.
- Bundle or trial: Check the product-specific terms for return conditions and whether a subscription renews automatically after a trial.
For example, Google’s Pixel 11 promotion combines a $300 immediate discount with 24 months of device credits, and some eligible customers may receive a separate 24-month service credit. Treat those components separately when comparing the total cost.

How to decide whether to buy, switch, or wait
A Fi offer may fit if you are a new customer who expects to stay
Consider it if you are comfortable with the qualifying plan, can activate on time, and expect to keep service for the full credit period. Compare the complete cost—including the plan you would actually choose and any taxes or excluded charges—with an unlocked phone and your current carrier.
An unlocked purchase may fit if flexibility matters
Buying unlocked is worth comparing if you already have Fi, may change carriers within two years, or value an immediate price reduction more than credits spread over time. A valuable trade-in can change the comparison, but use the final accepted trade-in amount rather than an estimate.
Compare Verizon only if its plan and trade-in suit you
The Google Store also lists Verizon Pixel 11 bill credits of up to $900 over 36 months for qualifying upgrades and trade-ins. The credit is tied to separate Verizon plan and trade-in conditions; upgrading to a more expensive plan solely for the promotion can erase its value.

Waiting is reasonable if the purchase can wait
Black Friday 2026 is November 27. Holiday deals may be worth comparing if you do not need a device now, but future prices are not established by today’s offers. Do not assume November pricing will be better, or that the August promotions will remain available.
Check the terms and final price before checkout
- Open the exact product’s offer page and confirm the current price, end date, stock status, and linked terms.
- At checkout, verify whether the listed reduction is immediate, conditional on a trade-in, or paid as monthly credits.
- For a Fi offer, confirm that you qualify as a new customer, choose Google Fi during carrier selection, and note the activation deadline and required plan duration.
- Compare the total you expect to pay under the required service plan with an unlocked purchase and any carrier offer you could actually use.
- Review return terms and any included trial or subscription conditions before placing the order.
Google says promotions can end while supplies last. The Pixel Watch LTE offer shown on the Store page is also limited: it includes two years of data capped at 1 GB per month, with speeds slowing after 500 MB; LTE voice calling is not supported. It is not a substitute for a phone plan.
Why the Black Friday headline is stale
The current U.S. offers use launch and limited-time promotion language, not a Black Friday label. Google Fi’s offers URL includes a 2025 campaign parameter, which is not evidence of a live 2026 holiday sale. Google has also documented past holiday promotions, including a 2024 Black Friday/Cyber Monday campaign, but historical activity does not establish current availability: Google Fi community post.
