The Target listing showed AirPods Pro 3 for $199.99, compared with a $249.99 reference price on the listing. That is $50 off, or 20%. Apple’s own U.S. product page lists the earbuds at $249, so the Target offer is $49.01 below Apple’s listed price.
The listing appeared in stock in the search result, but that is not a guarantee of availability at checkout. Confirm the current price, stock, seller, fulfillment, product condition, and return terms on Target’s page before buying. What do AirPods Pro 3 offer?
Apple lists active noise cancellation (ANC), Adaptive Audio, Transparency mode, and Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking. The Pro 3 also add heart-rate sensing during workouts and Apple’s Hearing Test, Hearing Aid, and Hearing Protection features, subject to regional availability and authorization.
- Battery: Apple rates listening time at up to eight hours on one charge with ANC, and up to 10 hours in Transparency mode when using the Hearing Aid feature. These are maximum figures, not guaranteed everyday results; use, volume, and battery condition affect runtime.
- Fit: The in-ear design comes with silicone tips in five sizes: XXS, XS, S, M, and L. Fit and comfort vary by person; use the fit test and check the retailer’s return policy if you are unsure.
- Durability: Apple lists an IP57 rating for dust and water resistance. That does not make the earbuds waterproof or suitable for swimming or showering.
- Charging case: The MagSafe case has USB-C charging, Apple Watch charger support, a speaker for Find My, and a lanyard loop.
Live Translation has device and software requirements: Apple says it needs a compatible Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone running iOS 26 or later, and language and region limits apply. Hearing-related features also vary by region and regulatory authorization. Check Apple’s product page for current compatibility and availability details before relying on a particular feature.

Apple lists the earbuds, the MagSafe Charging Case with USB-C, five silicone ear-tip sizes, and documentation. A USB-C charging cable and power adapter are not included. If you do not already have a compatible cable, account for that potential extra cost.

Buy now if the features fit your needs
The deal is worth considering if you use Apple devices, want ANC and the Pro-style silicone seal, and value features such as workout heart-rate sensing or the hearing tools. At $199.99, the price is $50 below Target’s stated reference price and below Apple’s $249 list price. It can be a reasonable buy if that is the best eligible offer you find and you want the earbuds now.

Wait if your priority is the lowest possible price
Previous discounts of $179 and a reported $169 show that deeper promotions have occurred; they do not predict when or whether another one will return. If you would only buy at $179 or less and do not need the earbuds immediately, waiting is a defensible choice. Do not treat a past low as a promised future price.
Consider another fit or ecosystem
Android users may not benefit from the strongest Apple-device integration or features that depend on an Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone. If you already own AirPods Pro 2 and are satisfied with them, compare the newer health, fit, battery, and translation features against the cost of upgrading. AirPods 4 with ANC are an Apple alternative for people who prefer an open-style fit, while non-Apple ANC earbuds may suit Android users; current prices for those alternatives are not established here.
