What did Beast Industries’ CEO say about fans owning the company?
At the December 2025 DealBook Summit, interviewer Andrew Ross Sorkin asked Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, and Housenbold about going public. TechCrunch reported Housenbold saying: “At some point, we want to be able to give the 1.4 billion unique people around the world who has watched Jimmy’s content the last 90 days a chance to be owners of the company.” The grammar is as reported by TechCrunch.
“At some point” leaves the timing open. The remark does not say that the company has approved an IPO, chosen a date or venue, or started an offering. The 1.4 billion figure is the number of unique people Housenbold said had watched Donaldson’s content in the prior 90 days; it is not a count of prospective investors or people eligible to buy shares.
Does this mean an IPO is planned?
Not on the evidence in these reports. TechCrunch’s suggestion that going public could be a practical way to offer ownership is a reporter’s inference, not a confirmed company decision. The CEO’s desire to create an ownership opportunity does not establish that a conventional public listing is the chosen route.

The timeline matters. In July 2025, Housenbold told the Associated Press that Beast Industries’ strategic plan did not then include a public offering or active funding rounds. Can fans buy Beast Industries shares now?
The cited reports do not establish that fans can currently buy shares. They provide no offering terms, eligibility rules, share price, exchange or date. A statement about wanting fans to become owners is not itself an offer to sell securities.

Nor does the SEC-hosted document cited in reporting establish a Beast Industries IPO. It is an investor filing by Eightco Holdings that refers to an investment in Beast Industries and summarizes a May 2026 company presentation to advertisers. What kind of company might a future offering cover?
Beast Industries is broader than the MrBeast YouTube channel. A December 2025 TechCrunch report described Feastables and other company initiatives, including plans for a creator-marketer marketplace, a phone company, financial services and a theme park in Saudi Arabia. Those were reported plans, not confirmation that each initiative had launched. Any future ownership offer would need to identify the company entity and securities involved; the CEO’s comment did not specify them.

What would confirm an IPO?
A later announcement would be more concrete if it established an actual corporate decision and identified the issuer, securities and offering details. Useful signals to distinguish a formal process from an aspiration include:
- A formal company decision: a statement that the company has chosen to pursue an offering, rather than a general desire to give fans an ownership opportunity.
- Official offering documents: a registration filing or other official document naming the issuer and securities. An investor’s filing about its own investment is not a substitute.
- Specific timing and venue: details about when and where shares might be offered, if announced.
- Clear identity of the issuer: confirmation of which Beast Industries entity would issue the securities.
The cited sources do not establish a Beast Industries IPO date or registration filing. They also do not settle whether the company has made a later formal decision; the December comment alone cannot answer that.
