What qualifies for a refund?
Loaded’s published refund policy sets out two main conditions: the key must remain unrevealed, unredeemed and unactivated, and you must submit the request within seven calendar days of purchase. The seven-day period runs from the purchase date. Loaded says it reviews each request individually.

Do not reveal the key while deciding whether to ask for a refund. Once a key has been revealed, redeemed or activated, it no longer meets the policy’s stated eligibility conditions. You can read the [full refund policy] for the current terms.
How to request a refund
- Check the key: Make sure it has not been revealed, redeemed or activated.
- Check the deadline: Confirm that no more than seven calendar days have passed since purchase.
- Contact Loaded customer support: Submit your request promptly and include your order details so support can review it.
- Wait for a decision: Loaded assesses requests individually; an on-time request with an unrevealed key is eligible for review, not automatic approval.
What if you changed your mind or the game has a problem?
If you changed your mind
A change of mind can be the reason for a refund request, but the key-status and seven-day conditions still apply. Loaded’s help center addresses change-of-mind requests under the same refund policy.

If the game crashes or will not run
Loaded says its refund policy does not cover issues with the game itself, including crashes, performance problems or compatibility errors. For those problems, contact the game’s developer or publisher. The published policy does not spell out every remedy for an invalid or faulty key, so contact Loaded support about a key issue rather than assuming it is covered by the technical-problem exclusion.
How will an approved refund be paid?
Loaded says approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If limits affecting a particular payment method prevent that, Loaded may issue the refund as a Loaded Gift Card instead. See its [refund and payment-method guidance].

Why does the site say Loaded instead of CDKeys?
The company says it was previously known as CDKeys and rebranded in September 2025. The former CDKeys FAQ directs customers to the refund information now published in Loaded’s help center, so Loaded’s current policy is the relevant guidance for purchases from the service.
