Yes—if Samsung’s US My Orders page still shows a Cancel option for your Samsung.com order. Select the items you want to cancel and choose a reason. If the option is missing, Samsung says the order has passed the point when it can be changed or canceled.
How to cancel a Samsung.com order
- Sign in to the Samsung account used to place the order, or use Samsung’s order lookup and open My Orders.
- Find the order and check whether Cancel appears.
- If it does, select cancellation for the items you want to cancel and choose the applicable reason code.
- Wait for Samsung’s confirmation email before treating the order as fully canceled. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if it does not arrive.
These instructions apply to Samsung.com orders in the United States. Orders placed through a carrier, another retailer, or Samsung in another country may follow different rules; contact the seller that took your order.
What if the Cancel option is missing?
Samsung says an order without a Cancel control is too far along in fulfillment to be modified or canceled. Order Support cannot change it at that stage. You can still contact Samsung US support to ask what options are available, but do not assume they can stop the order.
What happens to your payment?
Samsung says a canceled order is not charged. If your bank account or card shows a pending amount, it is likely an authorization hold rather than a completed charge. Samsung says banks typically release such holds within 3–5 business days, though timing varies by issuer and some take longer.

If a completed charge remains after 7 business days, Samsung advises contacting Order Support and having your Order ID ready. A pending authorization and a posted charge are different: check the transaction status with your bank or card issuer if you are unsure which one you have.
Bundles, coupons, and eCertificates
If you cancel the main product in a bundle, Samsung says the accompanying products are canceled too. Coupons or eCertificates used on the original order are returned by email within 24 hours. Wait for that message and review the terms before relying on the credit for a replacement order.

If Samsung canceled your order
Samsung’s cancellation email identifies the order, explains the reason, says whether all or only some items were canceled, and provides any next steps. Read that email first; common reasons Samsung lists include:
- A billing address mismatch or an unsupported address.
- A payment authorization problem or declined payment.
- An incomplete or declined financing or installment application.
- Item inventory becoming unavailable.
- An invalid promotion or trade-in offer.
- A security review.
These are examples, not a diagnosis of your order. Follow the instructions in your own email. For Samsung.com orders in the US, Samsung also says orders with billing addresses outside the contiguous United States are automatically canceled.

Can you restore a canceled order?
No. Samsung says a canceled order cannot be reinstated or resumed. If you still want the item, place a new order. The replacement order may have different availability, delivery timing, price, or promotion eligibility than the original.
