Treat its advertised returns and other figures as company claims—not verified results—and review the current contract and all costs before considering payment.
What CESUR Mining says it offers
In a February 14, 2025 release published under CESUR Mining’s name, the company described renting mining capacity through remote data centers in exchange for a share of profits. It said customers could choose a mining contract, receive a $10 sign-up bonus, mine multiple crypto assets, and withdraw to a crypto wallet. Those are dated statements in promotional material, not confirmation of current terms or independently verified service features.
The release framed the service as a way to participate without setting up equipment. In its words: “CESUR Mining simplifies this process by enabling users to rent mining algorithms from remote data centers and receive a share of the profits without managing complex setups.” That is CESUR’s promotional description; it is not independent confirmation of how a particular contract works.
What the advertised numbers do—and don’t—tell you
The same release made the following claims. They should not be read as typical earnings, guaranteed terms, or independently established facts.

A headline maximum is not a forecast of what a customer will receive, and a gross reward is not necessarily net profit. To assess a contract, you need its actual reward formula and every charge over its full term. The release does not provide independent evidence to calculate a customer’s likely net return.
How cloud-mining contracts can differ
“Cloud mining” does not by itself specify who pays electricity, how rewards are split, or who controls the mining pool and wallet. A 2025 SEC Form 20-F filing by a different mining company describes one example: a customer pays an upfront hash-rate subscription and electricity charges separately; computing power is connected to a customer-designated mining pool, and rewards go to a customer-designated wallet. The filing also describes contract modes with different fees and reward-sharing terms. It is a comparator, not evidence of CESUR’s arrangements.

Cloud contracts can reduce the operational work of running mining servers, but convenience is not hardware ownership or control. A 2026 HKEX filing excerpt discusses that trade-off in general terms, noting provider fees and reduced control or ownership compared with operating one’s own servers. Neither filing evaluates CESUR.

- Identify the contracting party. Confirm the legal entity’s name, jurisdiction, address, and the entity receiving payment. The available material does not independently verify CESUR Mining’s legal identity or regulatory standing.
- Calculate the full cost. Get the upfront payment and all recurring, electricity, maintenance, pool, withdrawal, or other charges in writing. Confirm whether charges can change and whether any advertised bonus has conditions. CESUR’s “no hidden fees” assurance is not an independent fee schedule.
- Pin down the mining commitment. Check the contract duration, hash rate, asset or mining pool, reward-sharing formula, payout frequency, and whether the hash rate or terms can change.
- Confirm wallet and withdrawal mechanics. Establish who controls the pool account and payout address, the minimum withdrawal, any withdrawal fee, processing conditions, and what happens if the balance does not reach the minimum before the contract ends.
- Read exit and failure provisions. Look for termination and refund rules, the consequences if mining becomes uneconomic, and what happens to funds or pending rewards if the provider suspends service or stops operating.
- Verify claims independently where possible. Look for evidence of the company’s identity, facilities, operating capacity, security controls, and completed customer withdrawals from sources independent of CESUR. The release alone does not verify these points.
What the available reputation evidence can establish
When accessed, Trustpilot’s page for cesurmining.com displayed 13 reviews and a 3.9 score, no reviews in the preceding 12 months, and a note that the company had not recently invited customers. The page included both positive and negative opinions. Review counts and scores can change, and a small, self-selected review set cannot establish profitability, typical customer outcomes, legitimacy, or fraud.
The available material does not independently verify CESUR’s legal entity, regulator authorization, hardware ownership or location, facility scale or energy source, advertised security controls, current contract documents, or successful withdrawals. The company release asserts some of these points, but an assertion in promotional material is not independent verification.

How to interpret “maximum profit”
There is not enough independently verified information here to conclude that CESUR is profitable, that its advertised maximum is attainable by customers, or that its service is reliable. Before risking money, make a decision from the binding current contract—not a headline return, bonus, user count, or uptime assurance. If you cannot establish the contracting entity, understand the complete fee and reward structure, and verify how withdrawals work, the offer’s financial outcome remains uncertain.
