What changed on the Main Board?
PSX’s migration notice identifies the company code as BLUEX, places the company in the Transport sector, and states that the market lot is one share. It said the Main Board opening price would be based on Blue-Ex’s December 26, 2025 closing price on GEM. The notice specified T+2 settlement for the first Main Board trades, with December 31, 2025 as the first settlement date; this describes the arrangements for the initial trades, not the general settlement cycle today. Why did Blue-Ex seek the migration?
The draft prospectus described facilitating the Main Board migration as the offer’s primary objective. It also proposed using the proceeds to strengthen freight and international express courier revenue streams, acquire cargo capacity with airlines and ocean liners, and explore network partnerships in Europe and North America. These were stated intentions in the prospectus, not confirmation that the investments or partnerships were completed. Draft prospectus

What the migration does—and does not—show
The documented change is the listing venue: Blue-Ex moved from PSX’s GEM Board to its Main Board, with BLUEX as its code. The notices establish the migration date, offer terms, listing details, and the company’s stated plans for proceeds. They do not establish that migration itself improved liquidity, share valuation, or operating performance.
