BlockDAG describes a staged exchange rollout, but the available project materials do not independently verify ten live BDAG listings. Separately, the Ethereum Foundation scheduled Glamsterdam for Sepolia on October 6, 2026, while its September 28 announcement left Hoodi and mainnet dates undecided. Avalanche’s Helicon upgrade, by contrast, activated on mainnet on September 22. These are different kinds of milestones: a project’s listing claims, a testnet upgrade schedule, and a completed network upgrade.
Is BDAG listed on 10 exchanges?
That number is not established by the available evidence. BlockDAG’s own materials describe exchange activity and a staged rollout, but they do not independently confirm that BDAG has a live spot market on ten exchanges.
What BlockDAG says about exchange access
BlockDAG’s FAQ says it announces additional exchange partnerships only once they are fully confirmed and describes Tier-1 announcements as “on the horizon.” The FAQ also refers to a March 10 expansion to futures on several named exchanges. A futures product is not the same as a spot market where customers can buy or sell the token.
On its mainnet website, BlockDAG says trading is live on LBank, BitMart, and Coinstore. The site also lists a March 20 milestone naming eight exchanges, alongside further rollout steps. Those are statements on a project-controlled status page, not independent confirmations from the exchanges themselves. A roadmap milestone, a futures pair, an announcement, and a functioning spot market are distinct things.

How to verify a claimed listing
Before treating any venue as a live BDAG listing, check the exchange’s own market or announcement page for the token, the trading pair, and whether deposits and trading are enabled. Confirm that the asset and network match the intended BDAG token; a search result, project roadmap, or futures contract alone does not establish spot-market access. The sources available here do not include exchange-by-exchange market pages, so the ten-exchange claim remains unverified.
What the three developments establish
The comparison below separates the evidence owner and milestone type. Exchange availability concerns access to a token; a testnet schedule is a step in protocol development; a mainnet activation changes the live network.

What Ethereum’s Glamsterdam upgrade was intended to change
In its September 28, 2026 protocol announcement, the Ethereum Foundation described Glamsterdam as following Fusaka. It highlighted enshrined proposer-builder separation, block-level access lists, and gas-pricing changes intended to better reflect execution costs and state growth.
Sepolia was the announced next activation
The Foundation scheduled Sepolia activation for October 6, 2026, at epoch 353,024 and slot 11,296,768. That announcement is evidence of a planned testnet activation, not confirmation of a mainnet release; it said Hoodi and mainnet dates had not yet been decided. Because the announcement predates the scheduled Sepolia date, it also does not establish whether activation occurred as planned.

Node operators’ preparation
The Ethereum Foundation stated: “Node operators must update both their execution and consensus layer clients before activation.” This is an operator requirement, not a direction for ordinary wallet users to change their applications.
What Avalanche’s Helicon upgrade changed
Helicon activated on Avalanche mainnet on September 22, 2026, at 15:00 UTC. The upgrade activated six Avalanche Community Proposals and introduced changes to C-Chain execution, staking, and gas rules.

Continuous Execution and protocol changes
- Continuous Execution: added to the C-Chain.
- Staking: introduced auto-renewed staking, changed uptime requirements, and shortened minimum staking periods.
- Gas: introduced dynamic minimum gas pricing and a gradual change to the minimum consumption rate.
Validator software requirement
Avalanche’s instructions require mainnet validators to run AvalancheGo v1.15.0 or later. Older nodes cannot follow the upgraded chain. This requirement applies to validators, rather than being a general software update instruction for every C-Chain user.
Where the C-Chain fits
Avalanche documentation describes the Primary Network as a special Avalanche L1 made up of the C-Chain, P-Chain, and X-Chain. The C-Chain is an EVM implementation that supports Geth’s API and Solidity smart contracts. This is why Helicon’s C-Chain execution changes concern the environment used for EVM-compatible applications, rather than describing every Avalanche L1 as one chain.

What Avalanche’s activity figures do—and do not—show
The Avalanche Builder Hub Explorer’s 2026 rolling 30-day snapshot reported 69,464,840 transactions and 13,265,989 active addresses across the 20 of 65 chains it indexed. It also reported 66 active L1s. These are explorer figures for the snapshot window, not timeless totals or a complete census of Avalanche activity.
The explorer explicitly warns that its transaction and address counts understate the wider ecosystem because it does not index all 65 chains. The figures indicate observed activity across indexed chains; by themselves, they do not establish ecosystem-wide growth, explain the quality or economic value of that activity, or show that activity creates value for AVAX holders.
How to read BlockDAG’s miner claims
BlockDAG describes X10, X30, and X100 physical miners and says shipments have begun. Those are project statements about its products and fulfillment; they do not independently establish miner performance or current availability through a marketplace. Hardware claims are separate from whether BDAG has a verified spot listing on a given exchange.
What readers should take away
For BDAG, verify each claimed market at the exchange before treating the ten-listing figure as confirmed. For Ethereum, distinguish the Foundation’s announced Sepolia schedule from a confirmed mainnet upgrade. For Avalanche, Helicon has a stated mainnet activation date, while the explorer’s usage statistics remain partial, time-bounded observations. The evidence supports these different conclusions—not a single measure of progress shared across all three projects.
