What the available evidence can—and cannot—show
The headline’s contrast is best treated as a question, not a measured comparison. Pepeto’s announcement gives readers a recent number and a development update; the sources reviewed do not provide equivalent, independently verified figures for Bitcoin Hyper. Without like-for-like sales records or operating metrics, a reported fundraising total cannot establish that one project is gaining faster or that the other has stalled.

These sources describe different kinds of evidence: an issuer announcement from Pepeto and a dated status review of Bitcoin Hyper. They do not support a ranking of the projects’ commercial traction.
What Pepeto’s “final testing” announcement means
Pepeto’s official site presents it as a presale for a multi-memecoin exchange. Its 23 September release says an AI-driven exchange and cross-chain bridge had entered final testing, that SolidProof audited the “full codebase,” and that the presale had taken in $11.058 million. Those are claims in a Pepeto-sourced announcement, not independent confirmation.

The release does not, by itself, demonstrate that the exchange or bridge is live, provide on-chain records verifying the reported fundraising amount, or supply enough audit detail to independently assess the audit’s scope. “Final testing” is a development status claim; it is not the same as a launched, publicly usable service. The claim that an audit covered a “full codebase” also does not tell a reader which deployed contracts or system components were examined unless the report and its scope can be reviewed.
What Bitcoin Hyper says HYPER is meant to do
Bitcoin Hyper’s official materials describe a proposed Layer 2 using the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) and a BTC bridge. In the project’s account, a bridge monitors a designated Bitcoin address, a Bitcoin Relay Program is implemented as an SVM smart contract, and Layer 2 activity is batched with zero-knowledge proofs before withdrawals return to Bitcoin Layer 1. The project says HYPER is intended for transactions, staking, and governance.

These descriptions explain the project’s intended mechanics and token uses; they are not proof that the bridge or Layer 2 is operating in production. A design description, presale page, or token utility statement should not be treated as evidence of deployed functionality.
What the Bitcoin Hyper roadmap and audit review actually establish
An indexed extract of a Bitcoin Hyper whitepaper lists presale and staking in Q2 2025–Q2 2026, a Q3 2026 mainnet target, Q4 2026 ecosystem expansion, and Q1 2027 DAO plans. The independent roadmap review identifies the whitepaper version it assessed as dated 4 January 2026, says the timeline had been revised, and treats public testnet and mainnet as targets still requiring verification in its 10 August 2026 assessment. Roadmap dates are targets, not evidence that milestones occurred.

That review also distinguishes published token-contract audits from a full public audit of the Layer 2 protocol, bridge, and sequencer. It reported that it had not identified a complete public report covering those components as of 10 August 2026. This is a dated finding by that reviewer, not proof that no such audit exists or that no later report has appeared. The sources summarized here do not resolve Bitcoin Hyper’s status after that review date.

For a personal-finance decision, separate a project’s claims from evidence that another party can check. Before treating a fundraising figure, technical milestone, or audit as a reason to buy, look for the underlying records rather than relying on promotional wording.

- Check fundraising evidence: Look for records that allow the reported amount and the period it covers to be independently reconciled. Do not assume a figure in an issuer release is audited or directly comparable with another presale.
- Check launch evidence: Distinguish a roadmap target or “final testing” statement from a public production deployment. Public network activity, usable services, and dated project updates are different evidence from a planned feature.
- Check audit scope: Read the report itself, its date, and the systems and contracts it covers. An audit of token contracts does not automatically cover a bridge, exchange, Layer 2 protocol, or sequencer.
- Check wallet instructions carefully: Bitcoin Hyper’s official purchase page tells buyers to connect a wallet and names Best Wallet or MetaMask. That instruction does not establish support for a physical hardware wallet. Verify compatibility independently, and remember that wallet security does not remove presale, smart-contract, or project-delivery risk.
