Barilla’s current U.S. “What’s New” page promotes Snowfall as back. That listing does not give a 2026 release date, so it is not confirmation of a newly scheduled 2026 launch. What Barilla said about seasonal pasta
In its 2024 announcement, Barilla cited a company-commissioned Dynata survey of 1,800 U.S. respondents conducted August 28 through September 5, 2024. Barilla reported that 46% said they were looking for fun pasta shapes to try, while 54% said their interest in new shapes increased depending on the season. These are survey responses reported by Barilla, not independently verified population-wide statistics.
The same announcement said seasonal launches represented 0.3% of new pasta product launches, attributing that figure to Barilla’s stated market context. It should be read as the company’s claim, not as an independently verified industry-wide measure.
