A Vents Magazine article credited to IQnewswire and dated October 10, 2024, announced that the Belugana presale would begin on October 15 at 10 PM UTC. It described the sale as an investment opportunity and said it could end without prior notice once its fundraising target was reached. Claims about pricing, listing and price support
The article claimed that negotiations for a “1T CEX listing” were complete, that tokens would be sold at a fixed price, and that the team would defend token values. The announcement does not supply independent evidence for those statements. It should not be treated as confirmation of a listing, a guaranteed price, or a mechanism capable of protecting a token’s market value.
Claimed association with Arthur Hayes
The article also asserted that approximately 2 billion tokens were found at an address it presumed belonged to Arthur Hayes, then inferred his involvement from an earlier interview. The material reviewed does not independently establish the wallet’s owner, the token balance, or Hayes’s involvement. The approximate token count is therefore an unverified claim from the promotional article, not a confirmed statistic or endorsement.

A Telemetr.io archive labeled “Belugana Official Telegram” reproduces later project-channel statements. The archive is a record of what the channel reportedly posted; it does not independently confirm that the statements were accurate. 0x280195d4EeaddD8166800E08F5f63CDC091DFcE0, and said early investors received double the tokens they had bought. - Another listed belugana.com and the different address
0x9e4AF696fd982E9F83BA4Ce7C33F3774Dc973FeF, and said the presale was ongoing on Base Mainnet. - A further post said DEX buys and sells would be temporarily blocked and that taxes would later be removed.
These are unverified statements reproduced by a third-party archive. The different domains and contract addresses remain unresolved in the available material; it does not establish which, if either, is official today. Nor does it independently verify a website compromise, an airdrop, trading restrictions, taxes, or present sale status.
