- Download the submitted application form and send it with the required enclosures to the Registrar’s Recruitment and Assessment Cell in Varanasi by the hard-copy deadline.
- Submit a separate application for each position sought; the notice required separate applications for different posts.
What application fees applied?
For this historical advertisement, the notice listed a fee of ₹1,000 for UR, EWS and OBC candidates applying to Group A posts, and ₹500 for those categories applying to Group B posts. SC, ST, PwD and women candidates were exempt, according to the notice. These fees should not be assumed to apply to any later BHU recruitment.

Who was eligible?
There was no single eligibility rule for all vacancies. BHU specified qualifications, experience requirements and age limits separately for each post. Applicants needed to consult the relevant post entry in the advertisement rather than infer eligibility from the Group A or Group B label alone.
