PlayStation’s 2025 Black Friday promotion began November 21 and is now over. Sony announced historical U.S. offers on PS5 consoles and accessories, plus discounts on games and PlayStation Plus memberships; availability and prices varied by region and retailer. Treat the prices below as past offers, not current deals.
What were the PlayStation Black Friday deals in 2025?
Sony’s November 18, 2025 announcement said offers would start November 21 for a limited time through PlayStation Store, direct.playstation.com, PlayStation Gear and participating retailers. Sony cautioned that offers varied by region and retailer. The announcement provides U.S. recommended bundle prices and stated discounts, not a complete record of final checkout prices at every store. Sony’s official 2025 announcement is the source for the offers listed here.
How much were the PS5 Black Friday bundles?
| Console bundle or offer | Historical announced price or saving | What the announcement establishes |
|---|---|---|
| PS5 Digital Edition Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle | $399.99 USD recommended retail price | 825GB console; bundle price announced for the U.S. |
| PS5 Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle | $449.99 USD recommended retail price | 1TB console; bundle price announced for the U.S. |
| PS5 consoles, PS5 Digital Edition consoles and PS5 Pro | $100 USD off | Sony said the savings applied in select regions; it did not present them as universal prices. |
The two bundle figures are Sony’s recommended retail prices from its 2025 announcement, not evidence that every retailer sold the bundles for those amounts. The digital model lacks a disc drive, while the standard PS5 bundle includes one; check the bundle listing for its exact contents before comparing it with a console-only offer.
Which PlayStation accessories were discounted?
Sony announced these U.S. promotional reductions. They are historical advertised savings, not verified current prices.

What games were discounted?
Sony named Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Lost Soul Aside, Astro Bot and God of War Ragnarök as examples of discounted PS5 games. Its announcement did not specify individual sale prices, editions or retailer-by-retailer availability, so a particular discount for any of these games cannot be established from that announcement.
How did the PlayStation Plus offer work?
- Eligible new members in participating countries could save up to 33% on a 12-month membership.
- Existing Essential or Extra members could save 33% on the remaining term of their membership when upgrading to Premium or Deluxe.
These were eligibility-dependent offers, not a general discount for every subscriber or membership term. The announcement does not give a single universal price for the membership offer.
