BCH Miner announced a cloud-mining service on December 27, 2024, describing plans that let customers rent hashing power rather than buy and maintain mining equipment. The announcement promoted cryptocurrency rewards, daily payouts, a free tier and other features, but it does not establish that the service or those offers are available today—or independently verify its earnings, uptime or security claims.
What is cloud mining?
Cloud mining is a service model in which customers pay to use hashing power operated elsewhere, rather than owning and maintaining mining hardware themselves. In its December 27, 2024 GlobeNewswire announcement, BCH Miner described its offering this way: customers could choose plans with different durations and levels of hashing power and receive rewards in cryptocurrencies. The release said users could mine multiple coins, including ETH, BCH and LTC.
That description explains the advertised model, but not the underlying arrangements. The announcement does not document which facilities operate the service or specify how customer contracts allocate control of the equipment, custody of mined assets or entitlement to rewards.
What did BCH Miner announce?
The company’s release promoted the following features. These are claims made in the announcement, not independently verified results or confirmed current terms.

The release also says BCH Miner was founded in Newport, UK, in 2016. That is the company’s stated history, not independently confirmed corporate history. A PR.com republication dated December 31, 2024 identifies BCH COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED in its listing, but that republication substantially repeats the company announcement rather than independently validating its claims.
Are BCH Miner’s plans and bonus still available?
The available announcement is historical: it was published on December 27, 2024. It does not show whether the service, free tier, $10 sign-up bonus or referral program is currently available. A later company promotional release in February 2025 points to a different domain, so readers should verify the present service and domain rather than assume the 2024 offer is still operating. That later release is also company-issued material, not independent confirmation.

Before paying or sharing personal information, check the current legal entity and customer-facing domain, and obtain the terms that apply to your location and account. Do not rely on a past promotion or announcement as evidence of current eligibility.
What should you verify before paying?
The launch announcement does not answer several questions that matter to the cost, control and risk of a cloud-mining contract. Ask for clear, current documentation before deciding:

- Contract and payout terms: Confirm the plan duration, how rewards are calculated, payout thresholds, timing, and any conditions or limits on withdrawals.
- Custody and control: Establish who controls the mined assets, when they become yours, and how you can withdraw them.
- Uptime and remedies: Ask what the claimed guarantee covers and what remedy applies if service is interrupted.
- Eligibility and bonus conditions: Check geographic restrictions and the complete terms for any free tier, sign-up bonus or referral reward.
- Evidence for earnings: Look for independently verifiable information about the service and a transparent calculation of returns after fees. The announcement does not provide an audited return calculation.
Does the announcement show that cloud mining is profitable?
No. The release describes “high profitability levels” and advertises daily payouts, but those are promotional assertions. It does not provide independently audited results or enough contract and fee detail to calculate a customer’s net return. A payout schedule, even if offered, is not by itself proof that a contract will return more than it costs.
Cloud mining also shifts the customer’s relationship to the equipment: the customer rents hashing power rather than buying and maintaining hardware. That may avoid direct hardware ownership and maintenance, but it does not remove the need to understand service fees, contract duration, payout rules and asset custody. The announcement does not provide verified figures for comparing BCH Miner’s plans with self-operated mining or other services.

What risks does BCH Miner’s release acknowledge?
The release says mining and staking involve risk and that funds may be lost. It also says its content is not investment, financial or trading advice and recommends due diligence. Those cautions are important: the announcement does not establish that returns are guaranteed, low-risk or dependable income. Its uptime statement is not evidence of investment performance, and the release does not explain an enforceable remedy for downtime.
