The BPSC 70th CCE preliminary admit card was already issued by 10 December 2024, so it is not an upcoming release. Candidates looking for the old download instructions can use this historical guide; current account access and recovery are available through BPSC’s application portal.
When was the BPSC 70th CCE admit card released?
A Times of India report dated 10 December 2024 said the 70th CCE preliminary admit cards had already been issued. The headline phrasing that the card was “releasing tomorrow” refers to that past release period, not a new announcement in 2026. Read the contemporaneous report.
How candidates were told to download the admit card
The contemporaneous instructions were to visit BPSC’s official website, open the 70th CCE preliminary admit-card link, enter the requested credentials, submit the form, then download and print the displayed card. The exact 2024 interface labels are not independently confirmed here.
- Go to the BPSC website and locate the 70th CCE prelims admit-card link.
- Enter the credentials requested on the page and submit.
- Download the displayed e-admit card and print a copy for use as directed by the Commission.
Where were the exam-centre details?
The Times of India report said the e-admit card showed the allotted centre code and district. It also reported that detailed centre-code information would appear on candidates’ dashboards from 10 December 2024. The report linked to a BPSC notice, but the notice PDF is not accessible at the cited notice URL; treat those details as reported by the newspaper rather than verified verbatim notice text.

Forgot the username or password?
BPSC’s current online application portal provides username-and-password login and a “Forget Username & Password” recovery option. The portal says applicants who previously applied for the 69th or 70th CCE can use login or recovery; other candidates are directed to One Time Registration. These are current portal instructions and should not be assumed to reproduce the 2024 admit-card screen exactly. Open the BPSC online application portal.
Which portal steps are confirmed for the 70th CCE?
The 70th CCE-specific contemporary account confirms the admit-card link, credential entry, submission, and download-and-print sequence. A later BPSC notice for the 71st CCE describes a workflow using login, My Account, the relevant advertisement, and View/download, but that later wording is not confirmation of the 70th CCE interface and should not be substituted for it.

The available reporting does not establish the complete 70th CCE exam-day checklist. Follow the instructions printed on your own admit card and any applicable official BPSC notices for required documents, reporting time, and permitted items.
