Verdict: Prestige FM should be treated as an unverified, high-risk forex broker unless you can independently match its legal company name, domain and licence number to an official financial regulator. I cannot confirm from reliable evidence that Prestige FM is authorised by a major retail-investment regulator, so it would be unsafe to describe it as a legitimate, properly protected broker.
That is not the same as proving Prestige FM is a scam. A genuine scam finding requires evidence from a regulator, court or law-enforcement agency. But a broker asking for deposits without clear, verifiable authorisation has already failed an important safety test.
What is Prestige FM?
Prestige FM appears to be presented as a forex or CFD trading service. The important question is not whether the website looks professional or whether the platform shows profitable trades. The key question is:
Which legally identifiable company accepts the money, and which regulator supervises that company?

- BUILT FOR YOUR MARKET, FUTURES, STOCKS, FOREX, OPTIONS & CRYPTO: 4X is a mindset and process journal, not a strategy tool tied to one instrument. The plan, the trade log, the deep dive and the weekly review work the same whether you trade ES, EURUSD, SPY or BTC. Traders use it across all five markets every day.
- THE 2026 EDITION, REBUILT FROM TRADER FEEDBACK: Same trusted system, better in every way. An extra daily page for more room to log the session. Weekly reviews now grouped with each week's trades, so no more flipping back and forth. Crisp, darker print that's easy on the eyes after hours on a screen. A Quick-Start QR that scans straight to step-by-step instructions.
- NOT A NOTEBOOK, A COMPLETE 12-WEEK SYSTEM: Start with a one-time 9-part Trading Plan (your market, setups, risk rules and discipline checklist). Then twelve identical weeks: five Daily Logs, five Deep Dive trade pages, and a two-page Weekly Review. 189 guided pages, roughly 80 trades. Guided prompts walk you through every step. You never stare at a blank page.
- RATE YOUR EXECUTION, NOT YOUR RESULT: Your platform tracks the P&L. Nothing tracks the why. Log energy, sleep and mindset before the open; grade every trade A to F on whether you followed your plan, not on whether it won; then face the pattern every weekend with START / STOP / IMPROVE / CONTINUE. That review habit is the edge. You're 42% more likely to hit a goal you've written down.
- BUILT TO LAST, ARRIVES GIFT-READY: Vegan-leather hardcover, 100gsm bleed-resistant paper, two ribbon markers and an elastic closure band. Bound to lay flat so you're not fighting the spine while you write. 189 pages, 5.75" x 8.5", carries in a bag. Ships in a premium gift box: the gift every trader in your life actually wants.
A broker should publish a legal entity name, registration or licence number, registered address, applicable client agreement and a list of restricted countries. Those details must then match an entry in the regulator’s own database. A logo, certificate displayed on a website or claim of being “regulated” is not enough.
If Prestige FM does not clearly provide those details—or if the details cannot be matched exactly—assume that you do not have meaningful regulatory protection.
Is Prestige FM regulated?
I cannot verify Prestige FM as a broker authorised by a top-tier retail regulator from dependable information available for this review. That means prospective customers should not treat it as equivalent to a broker authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the U.S. National Futures Association and Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, or Cyprus’s CySEC.
To check the claim yourself, do not use a link supplied by a salesperson. Open the regulator’s website independently and search the exact legal entity and licence number:
Rank #2
| Where you live | Official check | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | FCA Firm Checker | The firm is authorised for the specific investment service being offered and the website domain matches. |
| United States | NFA BASIC and the CFTC registration check | The firm is authorised to deal with U.S. retail customers. Offshore registration is not a substitute. |
| Australia | ASIC professional registers | The Australian financial services licence belongs to the same legal entity, not merely a similarly named business. |
| European Union | The national regulator’s register or the relevant regulator’s website | The firm is authorised in the customer’s country or has valid cross-border permission. |
A “no result” does not automatically prove fraud, because a firm may be authorised elsewhere. It does mean you should identify that other regulator and understand what protection it provides. A company registered in a general business directory, for example, is not necessarily authorised to provide investment services.
Why offshore or weak regulation matters
Forex and CFD trading is risky even with a well-regulated broker. With an unverified broker, the risks expand:
- Withdrawal enforcement may be weak: recovering money from a foreign company can be expensive and difficult.
- Compensation may not exist: customers may not have access to an investor-compensation scheme if the firm fails.
- Leverage can magnify losses: a small market movement can erase a large portion of the account.
- Dispute procedures may be unclear: the broker’s terms may require disputes to be handled in a distant jurisdiction.
- Website and brand impersonation are possible: scammers can copy the name, logo or trading interface of another business.
Even if Prestige FM produces a company certificate, that would establish only that a company exists. It would not establish that the company is licensed to hold client money, execute trades or market leveraged derivatives.
Withdrawal demands are the most important warning sign
Be especially cautious if Prestige FM—or anyone claiming to represent it—says you must pay more money before an existing balance can be withdrawn. Common versions include:
Rank #3
- a “tax” or “profit tax” that must be paid to the broker in advance;
- a refundable security deposit;
- a fee to upgrade to VIP or professional status;
- a charge for unlocking, validating or releasing an account;
- a request to send money to an external wallet;
- a demand that you trade more or deposit more before processing a withdrawal.
Normal identity checks can be legitimate. A regulated broker may request identification, proof of address and information about the source of funds. Those checks should not require a customer to send a new deposit as a condition of accessing money already in the account.
Do not pay a second fee to recover a first deposit. Additional payments often increase the loss without improving the chance of recovery.
How to assess Prestige FM before depositing
- Record the exact website address. Check every character. A lookalike domain may have no relationship with a genuine firm.
- Find the legal entity. Look for the company name in the terms, privacy policy and client agreement. “Prestige FM” may be only a trading name.
- Verify the licence independently. Search the regulator’s register using the legal name and licence number. Do not rely on a screenshot.
- Match the domain and contact details. A regulator’s entry may list the authorised website, phone number and address. A mismatch is a serious warning.
- Read the withdrawal terms before funding. Look for minimum-volume requirements, unusual fees, third-party payment restrictions and the governing law.
- Check the payment recipient. The bank account or card merchant should correspond to the authorised entity. Payments to an individual, unrelated company or crypto wallet are high risk.
- Test support with specific questions. Ask for the legal entity, licence, segregated-account arrangements, withdrawal process and fee schedule in writing.
- Start with no deposit. If the firm refuses to provide verifiable information before registration or pressures you to act immediately, walk away.
Trading claims do not prove legitimacy
Profit screenshots, account dashboards and positive testimonials are weak evidence. A website can display simulated balances, and early withdrawals can be used to build confidence before a larger deposit is requested.
Likewise, a broker offering MetaTrader, a mobile app or live-looking price charts does not prove that trades are being sent to a real market. The software is infrastructure; it is not a licence.
Rank #4
Pay particular attention to unsolicited approaches through social media, encrypted messaging apps or dating platforms. Promises of guaranteed returns, managed accounts, “risk-free” trades or unusually consistent profits are incompatible with the normal risk of leveraged forex trading.
If you have already deposited money
- Stop sending funds. Do not pay withdrawal, tax, verification or recovery fees requested by the broker.
- Save evidence. Keep emails, chat logs, wallet addresses, bank details, invoices, screenshots and the full website address.
- Contact your payment provider immediately. Ask whether a card chargeback, bank recall or fraud investigation is available. There is no guarantee of recovery, but delay can reduce the options.
- Secure your accounts. Change reused passwords, enable two-factor authentication and revoke remote-access software if you installed it.
- Report the matter. Contact your national financial regulator, police or cybercrime reporting service and the platform where you were solicited.
- Be wary of recovery scammers. Anyone promising to retrieve the money for an upfront fee may be targeting you again.
Prestige FM: scam or legitimate broker?
The evidence available for this review does not justify calling Prestige FM definitively fraudulent. It also does not establish the level of authorisation, financial supervision or customer protection that a cautious trader should expect.
That leaves the practical conclusion clear: Prestige FM is not sufficiently verified to be considered a safe forex broker. Do not deposit unless you can independently confirm the exact legal entity and its permission to serve customers in your country. If the firm is already demanding extra money to release a withdrawal, treat that as a major advance-fee red flag and stop paying.

Is Prestige FM definitely a scam?
That conclusion cannot be established without independently verified evidence such as a regulator or court finding. However, unverified authorisation, pressure to deposit and demands for advance withdrawal fees are sufficient reasons not to send money.
Can a forex broker charge a withdrawal fee?
A broker may disclose a reasonable processing fee in its published terms. A demand for a new deposit, advance tax, security payment or VIP upgrade before releasing existing funds is a serious warning sign.
What should I do if Prestige FM refuses my withdrawal?
Stop sending further money, preserve all records, contact your bank or card provider immediately, and report the firm to your financial regulator and relevant fraud-reporting authority.
Does using MetaTrader prove that Prestige FM is legitimate?
No. MetaTrader is trading software used by many firms and can also be connected to simulated or poorly supervised operations. It does not verify a broker’s licence or financial standing.

Bottom line: Prestige FM should be classified as unverified and high risk, not as a proven legitimate broker. Confirm its legal entity and authorisation through an official regulator before considering an account. Never pay an additional deposit to unlock a withdrawal, and treat guaranteed returns or urgent pressure as reasons to walk away.
