Who the APPSCCE-2024 mains DAF was for
The DAF was for candidates who qualified in the preliminary examination and were eligible for admission to the APPSCCE-2024 mains. It was not a fresh application for every aspirant. APPSC’s October 10, 2024 advertisement listed 140 posts across state services and posts. It set a baseline age range of 21 to 35 years as of November 10, 2024, with stated relaxations, and required a graduate degree from a recognized university or equivalent. The exam process moved from a preliminary objective examination used for screening to mains written papers and an interview. APPSC’s advertisement describes eight subjective mains papers and states that preliminary marks were not counted in the final order of merit.
