To log in to an existing Apple Card account online, go to card.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account and password associated with the card. You can check your balance, make or schedule payments, and manage bank accounts there. For Apple Card features in Wallet, use an eligible iPhone or iPad instead.
How do I log in to my Apple Card account?
- Go to card.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple Account and password associated with your Apple Card.
- If prompted, enter the verification code sent to a trusted device or phone number.
Apple Card is issued by Goldman Sachs Bank USA and is available to qualifying applicants in the United States. This guide covers access to an existing account, not applying for a card. See Apple’s Apple Card User Guide for web account details.

Should you use card.apple.com or Wallet?

On iPhone, open Wallet and tap Apple Card. On iPad, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay. Apple says all Apple Card features require adding the card to Wallet on a supported iPhone or iPad running the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Check Apple’s Apple Card support page for setup and feature guidance.
Where do I pay my Apple Card bill online?
- Sign in at card.apple.com and open Payments.
- If you have not linked a bank account, add one and complete the confirmation steps shown.
- Choose the payment amount and date, then confirm the payment.
Apple documents payment scheduling and bank-account management in its online payment instructions. To add or remove a bank account, sign in, open Settings, and use Bank Accounts. Cancel scheduled payments tied to an account before removing it.

Can an Apple Card Family participant log in online?
No. Apple says only the account owner and co-owner can sign in at card.apple.com. Participants cannot use the web portal, but can view their own transactions in Wallet on iPhone or iPad. If you are a participant, use Wallet for that transaction history rather than trying to access the web account.
Why can’t I sign in to Apple Card?
- Check the Apple Account: Make sure you are using the email address or phone number and password associated with the card.
- Complete verification: If Apple asks for a verification code, retrieve it from a trusted device or phone number and enter it on the sign-in screen.
- Check account status: If the account is locked or disabled, follow Apple’s sign-in or recovery prompts.
- Troubleshoot a connection issue: If the sign-in page spins or cannot connect, check Apple’s System Status, try another network, or try again later.
- Confirm your role or setup: Web access is limited to the account owner and co-owner. For features that appear only in Wallet, confirm the card is added on a supported iPhone or iPad.

What if you forgot your Apple Account password?
Use a trusted device and trusted phone number to reset the password when possible. Apple’s password and account recovery guidance explains the available steps. If you cannot use those methods or other recovery factors, account recovery may take several days or more; follow the status and instructions Apple provides during the process.

Apple’s card documentation directs users to an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs for some account and device setup issues. Do not share your Apple Account password or verification codes with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
