This is not the same as proving that HSB Forex is a scam. It means the burden of proof is on the firm before you send money. Do not rely on a salesperson’s WhatsApp messages, screenshots of profits, a logo resembling a major bank or a licence certificate hosted on the broker’s own website.
What is HSB Forex?
“HSB Forex” is not, by itself, a legal identity. A legitimate broker should clearly disclose the company operating the website, its registered address, the regulator that supervises it, the licence number and the countries where it may legally provide services.
Those details must match independent records. A website can use a convincing brand while taking deposits through an unrelated company, an individual’s bank account or a cryptocurrency wallet. It can also copy the name of a real business without being affiliated with it.

Before considering an account, identify all of the following:
- the exact website and any mobile app being used;
- the full legal name of the contracting company;
- the company’s registration number and jurisdiction;
- the financial regulator and licence number;
- the bank or payment entity receiving deposits; and
- the legal entity named in the client agreement.
If these details are missing, inconsistent or difficult to verify, that is a material warning sign—not a minor documentation issue.
Is HSB Forex regulated?
A broker is regulated only if the claimed entity appears in the regulator’s own register with permission for the relevant activity. A company-registration search is not enough. Incorporating a company allows it to exist; it does not authorize it to hold client money or offer leveraged forex and CFD trading.
Use the regulator’s website, not a link supplied by a representative. Search the exact legal name, licence number, website domain and trading name. Check whether the licence covers retail clients and the products being offered. Some firms have authorization for consultancy, software or introducing activity but not for dealing forex for customers.

- the register shows a different company or a slightly different spelling;
- the licence belongs to a dissolved, inactive or unrelated firm;
- the website domain is not listed as an approved trading name;
- the firm refuses to identify its regulator; or
- the only evidence is a certificate, badge or regulator logo on its own site.
For a U.S. customer, the relevant checks generally include the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the National Futures Association. A U.K. customer should check the Financial Conduct Authority. Customers elsewhere should use their national financial regulator. A warning list or lack of authorization is important, but a firm’s absence from one register does not automatically prove fraud; it means you have not established permission to serve you.
Why offshore or unverified forex brokers are risky
Forex trading is risky even with a well-supervised broker. With an unverified broker, you add a separate risk: the company may control the account balance, platform records and withdrawal process.

Terms such as “insured,” “secured,” “institutional liquidity” and “regulated technology” do not answer the practical questions. Ask which legal entity holds the money, which rulebook applies and what compensation scheme—if any—covers the account.
Withdrawal demands are the most important test
Do not pay a new deposit to release an existing balance. Requests for an upfront tax, clearance fee, insurance payment, account-upgrade charge, anti-money-laundering deposit or “verification fee” are classic advance-fee warning signs.
A legitimate broker may request identity documents, source-of-funds information or a withdrawal back to the original payment method. It may deduct a clearly disclosed transaction fee. Those processes are different from demanding more money before processing a withdrawal.

Stop communicating with the salesperson and preserve evidence if HSB Forex:
- changes the withdrawal conditions after you deposit;
- claims you must reach VIP status before withdrawing;
- charges a percentage of profits in advance;
- requires payment to a personal bank account or private crypto wallet;
- creates urgency or threatens account closure; or
- shows a profitable balance but rejects a small test withdrawal.
Do not borrow money to meet a withdrawal demand. Paying once often leads to another fee rather than releasing the account.
How to investigate HSB Forex before depositing
- Save the evidence. Record the exact URL, app name, emails, phone numbers, account agreement, deposit instructions, fee schedule and screenshots. Fraudulent sites can disappear or change their terms.
- Find the legal entity. Read the footer, terms and privacy policy. A brand name, trading name or company number is not sufficient unless the information is consistent.
- Check the regulator directly. Type the regulator’s address into your browser. Search the legal name and licence number, and confirm that the approved domain and phone number match.
- Check the payment recipient. The beneficiary should normally be a company connected to the regulated entity. Treat payments to an individual, unrelated business or crypto wallet as a major warning sign.
- Read the withdrawal clause. Look for minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, fees, accepted methods and any right to require further deposits. Ambiguous terms should be resolved in writing before funding.
- Test support with specific questions. Ask where client funds are held, whether negative-balance protection applies, who executes trades and whether you can withdraw without trading. Vague answers are informative.
- Do not install remote-access software. No broker needs control of your computer or banking session to open a trading account.
What if you have already deposited?
Stop sending money until the withdrawal issue is independently resolved. Contact your bank, card issuer or payment provider immediately and ask what dispute, recall or chargeback options are available. Card payments may have stronger recovery routes than bank transfers or cryptocurrency, but speed matters and no recovery is guaranteed.
Change passwords that were shared with the broker or reused elsewhere. Enable two-factor authentication, remove remote-access tools and monitor bank, card and email accounts. If you provided identity documents, watch for identity theft and consider notifying the relevant authority.
Report the firm to your financial regulator and, where appropriate, law enforcement or a cybercrime reporting service. Keep communications factual. Do not pay a “recovery agent” who promises to retrieve the funds for an upfront fee; victims are frequently targeted a second time.

Bottom line: HSB Forex is not a broker I would recommend treating as safe without independent regulatory verification. Until the legal entity, licence and withdrawal process are confirmed, do not deposit. Never send extra money to unlock a withdrawal.
