Angie Hicks’s net worth is not established by the official sources reviewed. Angi’s 2026 proxy statement discloses her company compensation and certain Angi shares and options, but it does not reveal her complete assets, debts, or private investments. Those disclosures are not enough to calculate her personal net worth.

What is Angie Hicks’s net worth?

No reliable total personal net-worth figure is established in the official sources cited here. A net-worth calculation requires a person’s assets and liabilities; Angi’s public filings cover only specified company-related compensation and securities. Treating those figures as a complete wealth estimate would be unsupported.

What Angi’s 2026 proxy statement discloses

Angi Inc.’s 2026 proxy statement reports the following figures. Each describes a particular compensation or ownership category, not Hicks’s total wealth:

  • Shares and options: 54,538 shares as of the proxy’s April 14, 2026 record date. The filing footnote breaks this down into 29,538 shares held directly and 25,000 shares issuable upon exercise of options within 60 days of that date. The options are not the same as shares already held directly.
  • Base salary: $500,000 annually, stated for 2025 and as current at the time of the proxy filing.
  • Cash bonus: A $200,000 discretionary bonus paid for 2025 performance.
  • Stock award: 13,500 Class A shares granted on September 17, 2025, with a grant-date fair value of $239,220. That grant-date value is not a current market valuation.

These disclosures do not account for other income, taxes, private investments, other assets, or debts. The salary, bonus, award value, and share count also describe different kinds of information and should not be added together as a net-worth estimate. Read Angi’s 2026 proxy statement.

Who is Angie Hicks?

Angie Hicks, also identified as Angela R. Hicks Bowman, co-founded Angie’s List in 1995. Angi identifies her as its Chief Customer Officer; its 2026 proxy statement also describes her as a director. The company says she became Chief Marketing Officer in May 2000 and joined the board in March 2013. Angie’s List was acquired by IAC’s HomeAdvisor in October 2017. Angi’s profile lists a BA in Economics from DePauw University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Angi describes Hicks’s work as focused on meeting customers and bringing their feedback into the company’s work. That career background explains her public profile, but it does not establish her personal finances. See Angi’s leadership profile and Angi’s author profile.

Her recent public-facing work

On May 14, 2026, Angi announced Own It with Angie Hicks, a podcast about decisions involved in homeownership, including whether to renovate or move and how to prioritize projects. The announcement said new episodes would be released every other week; that was the schedule stated at launch, not confirmation of later releases. Read Angi’s podcast announcement.
