Akusoli is a trim-to-fit insole with magnets, raised pressure nodes, arch support and an antimicrobial silver coating, according to its seller. The evidence reviewed here does not establish that its magnets or pressure nodes relieve pain or cause weight loss. It may still feel comfortable as an ordinary insole, but whether it is worth buying depends on its fit, comfort, price and the return terms offered when you order.
What is Akusoli?
Akusoli is a physical shoe insole that the seller says can be trimmed to fit. Its product page describes magnets, raised pressure nodes, an arch-support layer and a silver coating, and attributes circulation, pain, posture and hygiene benefits to those features. Those are seller claims, not independent measurements or proof of clinical benefit. Akusoli’s product page also displays a rating and review count, but those figures are seller-reported and can change.
Does Akusoli really work?
Magnets and pain relief
There is no conclusive evidence that static magnets—the type used in a passive insole—relieve pain. The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health reaches the same conclusion for static magnets. Evidence about electromagnetic therapies concerns different devices and treatments; it cannot establish that permanent magnets in an insole work. NCCIH’s overview of magnets for pain explains that distinction.
Altroconsumo’s July 9, 2026 assessment of Akusoli and similar magnetic insoles also found no solid evidence that static magnets relieve pain, and said benefits from reflexology-style pressure points are not established. Its assessment does not establish Akusoli as a treatment for plantar fasciitis, sciatica, back pain or another condition.

Comfort and ordinary support
An insole can change cushioning, pressure distribution or support, and some people may find that more comfortable. That is a plausible ordinary comfort benefit, not proof that Akusoli’s magnets or raised nodes add a therapeutic effect. The outcome depends on the insole’s characteristics, how it fits the shoe and the wearer’s particular mechanical issue.
Weight-loss claims
The evidence reviewed does not substantiate weight loss from magnetic insoles. Altroconsumo reported that a promotional claim of losing up to five kilograms in six weeks did not identify a verifiable study; it should not be treated as a demonstrated result.

What do Akusoli reviews tell you?
Online reviews can help you anticipate practical issues such as comfort, fit and ordering, but they cannot show that a product is medically effective. Altroconsumo cautions that symptoms may change for reasons unrelated to an insole, including natural variation and placebo effects.
When accessed on October 7, 2026, Trustpilot displayed a 3.9 score and roughly 28,000 reviews. The page included positive and negative individual accounts, among them comments about comfort or discomfort, magnets coming loose and checkout add-ons. Judge Akusoli as an insole, not as a proven magnetic or acupressure treatment. Before buying, check the practical details that affect value:

- ALL DAY COMFORT - Triple layer comfort insoles are specially made with dual layer foam to absorb impact and ventilated to keep your feet cool.
- Fit: Confirm the size range and trimming instructions, and whether the insole will fit the specific shoe you intend to wear.
- Support: Consider whether its arch and heel support suit your needs; a feature description alone does not establish suitability for a foot condition.
- Pressure nodes: Raised nodes may feel uncomfortable to some wearers, so consider whether that surface is likely to suit your sensitivity and intended activity.
- Total cost: Check the final checkout total, including any add-ons, rather than relying only on a displayed promotional price.
- Returns: Read the return window, exclusions, shipping costs and refund conditions shown for your order. Seller terms and promotions can change.
If you need help with persistent pain or a specific foot problem, seek individualized advice from an appropriate health professional rather than relying on a product’s marketing or testimonials. For a general comfort insole, compare fit, support and return terms with other options; similar products are sold through marketplaces, but a generic insole is not necessarily the same design or a proven treatment.
