Where did Marilyn Manson buy a home, and when?
Realtor.com reported that Manson purchased the property in Glendale, California, in May 2022. The reports identify it as a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home. These transaction and property details come from media coverage; title, assessor, MLS and permit records have not been independently verified here. Realtor.com’s March 2025 report recaps the purchase.
How much did he pay, and was there a bidding war?
Coverage reported a $2.2 million purchase price. Luxurylaunches and other reporting characterized the sale as competitive, with multiple interested buyers or offers, and said the price was above an original asking price reported as below $2 million. The reports do not establish the exact number of offers or each bidder’s terms. Luxurylaunches’ 2022 account and Dirt’s coverage describe the transaction.
What is the Glendale home’s recording-studio feature?
The studio is a separate structure rather than a room described as being inside the main house. The descriptions differ by report, so they should not be treated as proof of the structure’s legal classification.
