Adriana Lima and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, sold their Brentwood, Los Angeles, home in January 2026 for a reported $12.96 million. Traded records the transaction at $12,962,500, with a January 21 closing. The buyer was not publicly identified in the sale coverage reviewed.

How much did Adriana Lima sell her Los Angeles mansion for?

Realtor.com reported the sale at $12.96 million on January 23, 2026, citing listing agent Paul Salazar of Compass. Traded’s transaction page gives the recorded amount as $12,962,500 and the closing date as January 21, 2026. The $12.96 million figure is the rounded report; the exact amount is Traded’s transaction-page figure.

The home had first been offered for $15.995 million in August 2025 and was most recently asking $13.995 million, according to Realtor.com’s sale report. That puts the reported sale about $3.035 million below the original asking price and about $1.035 million below the last asking price, based on simple subtraction of the reported figures.

Lima and Lemmers bought the newly built property in 2022 for $12.35 million, Realtor.com reported. Comparing that purchase price with the sale amount alone does not establish their profit: the available reporting does not account for transaction costs, taxes, improvements, or other ownership expenses.

Where was Adriana Lima’s Brentwood home?

The property was at 455 North Bundy Drive in Brentwood, Los Angeles, according to Traded. Realtor.com described the parcel as approximately 0.34 acre. Brentwood News also reported the sale, citing Realtor.com for the price and confirmation.

What did the house look like, and what did it include?

Realtor.com described a roughly 7,500-square-foot property with a five-bedroom main residence and a one-bedroom guesthouse. Its earlier listing report put the main house at about 6,500 square feet and the guesthouse at about 865 square feet. Traded lists the property at 7,521 square feet; these are source-specific reported measurements, not necessarily figures calculated on the same basis.

The reported amenities included a swimming pool, home theater, wine storage, and security features described as AI cameras and laser beams around the property. Lima and Lemmers customized the interiors with antique lighting and custom window treatments. Vintage Parisian street lamps hung above the kitchen island; Realtor.com reported that the buyers purchased the light fixtures separately. About $20,000 worth of potted plants went with the sale price, according to the same report.

Why did Adriana Lima sell the Los Angeles home?

In Realtor.com’s August 11, 2025 listing report, Lima and Lemmers said they were moving to New York because their work increasingly took them there and to Europe. In an email quoted by the report, they said: “Too much of our personal time was taken away by being on the other side of the country and longer travels.” That was their stated reason for moving when the home was listed, not a new explanation issued with the January 2026 sale.

Who bought Adriana Lima’s mansion?

The buyer’s identity was not disclosed in the Realtor.com sale report. Salazar said the buyers were drawn to the home’s antique fixtures, newer construction, and wide lot. The vintage Parisian street lamps were bought separately from the property; the reporting does not identify them as part of the real-estate sale.
