Check whether your Xfinity Mobile promotional card is pending
Open the Xfinity Incentive Tracker to see whether a promotional offer is pending or eligible. Xfinity says Mobile customers can check status within 21 days after activating all required services. The tracker can show prepaid-card offers from the past two years, an estimated qualification date and the offer’s eligibility requirements. Those details are specific to the offer; seeing it in the tracker does not guarantee that you qualify.
For context, Xfinity’s prepaid-card FAQ says: “For Xfinity Mobile offers, you can check your status within 21 days after activating all required services.”
Register a card that Xfinity has issued
When the card is ready, look for an email from [email protected] at the email address on your Xfinity account. Xfinity says the email contains a registration link. Follow that link to view the card balance, download the card to a virtual wallet, or request a physical card.

If your Xfinity account has no email address, Xfinity says it ships a physical prepaid card to the billing address within 16 weeks after all required service activations. Check the terms for your specific promotion because qualification rules and timing can vary by offer.
Know which balance you want to check

An Xfinity Community employee has also pointed prepaid Mastercard customers to xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/home for balance checks using the card number. That is card-specific forum guidance; follow the instructions attached to your own card or the registration email from Xfinity.

Its relationship to Xfinity is therefore unverified; these sources provide no basis for using it to activate an Xfinity promotion or register a card.
