The AISSEE 2020 result was reported as declared on January 31, 2020, for the entrance examination held on January 5. Candidates were directed to the Sainik Schools Society admission gateway and its candidate-login area. Whether that gateway still provides individual 2020 results is unverified, so an old scorecard should not be assumed available.
How to check an AISSEE 2020 result
At the time of the announcement, reports directed candidates to sainikschooladmission.in to access their result through candidate login. The current gateway identifies itself as the Sainik Schools Society admission gateway and includes candidate-login and result-related material, but this does not establish that it still serves records from 2020.
- Open the official Sainik Schools Society admission gateway.
- Look for the candidate-login or result option and follow the prompts shown there.
- Enter the requested candidate details. Contemporary reports differ on the credentials they describe: one mentions an application form number and password, while another describes registration and roll number. Use the portal’s actual prompts rather than assuming one combination applies to every candidate.
- If a result record is available, view it and download or print it for reference. The reports described these steps for the 2020 result; present-day access to an individual record has not been verified.
What the result did—and did not—mean
AISSEE 2020 was the entrance screening for admission to Sainik School Classes 6 and 9. The result announcement was a stage in the selection process, not confirmation of final admission. Contemporary coverage described subsequent merit-list and medical-examination stages.

If the 2020 result is no longer available online
The official gateway is the appropriate starting point, but an active site or a visible login page does not guarantee that an archived candidate result remains accessible. If the portal does not show the 2020 record, use its current official contact or help options, if available, to ask about historical-result access. Do not rely on an unofficial page claiming to provide a candidate’s old score without verifying its source.
