The Jonas Brothers’ reported real estate history stretches from a shared Texas ranch to homes and apartments associated with Kevin, Joe, and Nick in California, New York, Florida, and New Jersey. It is a record of reported purchases and sales—not a verified list of what the brothers own today.
What is known about the Jonas Brothers’ real estate portfolio?
Published accounts describe an early shared home and later properties connected to individual brothers or their families. Those reports span different years and markets, and do not establish a complete ownership ledger or current title records. The reported transactions below are best read as a history, not as a valuation of the brothers’ combined holdings.
| Property or market | Reported transaction or detail | Source and qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Westlake, Texas | Shared purchase in 2008; reported sale in 2015 for $2.8 million | Sale price reported by loveproperty in 2022; the same account described the home as about 7,500 square feet. loveproperty |
| Beverly Hills Post Office, California | Nick Jonas reportedly paid $6.5 million in 2018 and sold in 2019 for $6.91 million | Los Angeles Times, 2019. Los Angeles Times |
| Nolita, New York City | Joe Jonas reportedly bought in 2018 for $5.6 million and sold in 2024 for $5,360,000 | CityRealty, 2024; purchase figure attributed to public records. CityRealty |
| Encino, California | Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra reportedly purchased an estate in 2019 for $20 million; Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner reportedly sold a separate Encino home in 2021 for $23.4 million | Both transaction accounts appear in realestate.com.au’s 2025 retrospective; it does not verify current ownership of the Nick Jonas–Chopra estate. realestate.com.au |
These figures are not directly comparable measures of investment performance. The sources do not establish financing, taxes, transaction costs, ownership structures, or a complete set of purchases and sales, so the reported sale and purchase prices cannot be treated as net gains or losses.
The brothers’ first reported shared home was in Texas
Retrospectives say Kevin, Joe, and Nick pooled money to buy a ranch-style home in Westlake, Texas, in 2008, before their later individual purchases. The reporting presents it as a family home and says it was sold in 2015.

Descriptions differ on its size: realestate.com.au reported 7,360 square feet in its 2025 retrospective, while loveproperty described it as nearly 7,500 square feet in 2022. The latter also reported six bedrooms and a 2015 sale for $2.8 million. realestate.com.au listed six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a music room, theater, game room, wet bar, outdoor kitchen, gazebo, and saltwater pool. Those are media-reported details, not independently verified measurements.
Nick Jonas’s reported California homes
Beverly Hills Post Office
The Los Angeles Times reported that Nick Jonas bought a home in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $6.5 million in 2018 and sold it off-market for $6.91 million in 2019. The paper described a 4,129-square-foot house on half an acre, with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The reported sale price was $410,000 above the reported purchase price, but that difference alone does not account for costs, taxes, or financing.
Earlier Los Angeles sales
The Los Angeles Times also noted that Jonas sold a gated Mediterranean villa in Hollywood Hills West for $3.4 million in 2015. Separately, loveproperty’s 2022 retrospective described a Spanish-style Los Angeles property bought in 2013 for $3.2 million and sold in April 2015 for $3.4 million. Because the accounts use different neighborhood descriptions and the available reporting does not establish that these references identify the same property, they should not be combined into one transaction history.
Encino estate with Priyanka Chopra
realestate.com.au reported in 2025 that Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra paid $20 million for a three-acre Encino estate in 2019 and described it as their shared home at the time of that retrospective. That report does not establish whether they own or occupy the property now.

Joe Jonas’s New York apartment and California properties
Nolita apartment
CityRealty reported that Joe Jonas’s Nolita apartment sale closed in 2024 at $5,360,000. The article said public records showed a $5.6 million purchase in 2018. Its listing description gave approximately 2,907 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 1,450-square-foot private terrace. The reported sale price was lower than the rounded reported acquisition price; the figures do not by themselves show the apartment’s full financial outcome.
West Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, and Encino
realestate.com.au’s 2025 retrospective describes a 2014 West Hollywood purchase and sale, a subsequent rental period, a Sherman Oaks farmhouse called Sutton House, and a 2019 Encino purchase with Sophie Turner. It reports that the Encino home sold in 2021 for $23.4 million. These details come from a retrospective account; they do not amount to a present-day ownership record.

realestate.com.au reported that Kevin and Danielle Jonas sold a New Jersey mansion for $4.2 million after a reported $2.6 million purchase, and described the house as 6,000 square feet. Treat those numbers as that retrospective’s account rather than a current or comprehensive transaction record.
In a 2025 report, El País said Kevin Jonas had invested in many properties and other ventures after the band’s hiatus and connected a major financial setback partly to an unsuccessful business partnership. The report also described his JonasWerner custom-homebuilding activity and a Montvale, New Jersey mansion project, while relaying secondary reporting about that project’s eventual sale. Jonas did not identify the transactions that produced his losses, so those remarks do not establish that a particular home caused a loss or reveal a total real estate result.
Why the reported prices do not add up to a portfolio value
The articles document selected properties across different periods, not every property, ownership share, or liability. A purchase price is not the same as equity, and a sale price is not the same as profit. Without verified ownership records and transaction-level costs, adding these figures would produce a misleading estimate of the brothers’ wealth or combined holdings.
