Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Verdict: treat Eminage as high risk unless you can independently identify an FCA-authorised legal entity behind it. I cannot confirm from the brand name alone that Eminage is a regulated UK broker, and a trading website should not be trusted merely because it displays an FCA number, UK address, professional-looking platform or claims to offer regulated investments.
If Eminage contacted you unexpectedly, promised unusually consistent returns, assigned you a personal account manager or is asking for more money to release a withdrawal, do not deposit further funds. Verify the firm through the FCA Register using contact details obtained independently—not through Eminage’s website, email or WhatsApp messages.
What is Eminage?
Eminage appears to present itself as an online trading or investment broker. The important question is not whether the website looks genuine; it is which legal company operates the service and whether that company has permission to provide the specific financial services being offered to UK residents.
A trading brand can use a different name from its registered company. That is not automatically suspicious, but the website should clearly disclose:
The Tool Desk
Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →- the full legal name of the operator;
- its registered office and company number;
- the regulator and exact authorisation number;
- the products and countries for which it is authorised;
- clear withdrawal, fee and complaints procedures.
If Eminage does not provide those details, or if the details cannot be matched independently to an authorised firm, that is a substantial warning sign.
Is Eminage FCA-authorised?
Do not assume Eminage is regulated in the UK. The relevant check is the FCA Financial Services Register, which is the regulator’s official record of authorised firms and appointed representatives.
Search for both “Eminage” and the exact legal company name shown in its terms and conditions. Then check that:
- the firm’s status is Authorised, rather than unauthorised, pending or an unrelated historic entry;
- the website domain, email address and telephone number match the FCA record;
- the permissions cover the service being offered, such as arranging investments, dealing in investments or operating a trading platform;
- the firm is authorised to deal with UK consumers;
- the FCA record does not contain a warning or restrictions relevant to the business.
A firm can copy another company’s name, registration number, address and FCA reference number. This is known as a clone firm. Matching a number is therefore not enough: the contact information must also match the regulator’s record.

| Claim or behaviour | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Guaranteed profits or “risk-free” trading | Legitimate investments can lose money. Guarantees are a classic fraud indicator. |
| Unsolicited calls, WhatsApp messages or social-media approaches | Cold approaches are commonly used to create urgency and bypass independent checks. |
| A personal account manager pressuring you to deposit more | Scammers often build trust first, then increase deposit demands or invent account targets. |
| Withdrawal blocked by tax, insurance, verification or release fees | These are common advance-fee tactics. Paying another fee rarely solves the problem. |
| Payments requested to a personal account, cryptocurrency wallet or unrelated company | The payment recipient may not be the regulated business you think you are dealing with. |
| Remote-access software such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer | It can give an attacker access to your computer, banking sessions or authentication codes. |
| Pressure to act immediately | Urgency prevents investors from checking the firm, reading terms or seeking advice. |
| Only cryptocurrency deposits accepted | Crypto transfers are difficult to reverse and are frequently used in investment fraud. |
Can you trust positive reviews?
Be careful with reviews claiming that Eminage has paid out large profits. Fraudulent platforms may display testimonials on their own websites, use fabricated review profiles or allow a small early withdrawal to establish credibility. A successful first withdrawal does not prove that a broker is legitimate.
Look for independently verifiable evidence instead: a regulator entry, a properly identified legal entity, audited or regulatory information where applicable, and a payment route that corresponds to that entity. Reviews are useful for identifying patterns—such as blocked withdrawals or aggressive calls—but they are not a substitute for authorisation checks.
How to check Eminage before sending money
- Copy the legal details. Open Eminage’s legal notice, terms, privacy policy and footer. Record the operator’s name, company number, address and regulatory number. If the pages contradict each other, stop.
- Search the FCA Register directly. Type the address into your browser rather than following a link supplied by the broker. Search the exact legal name and compare every contact detail.
- Check Companies House. Use the Companies House search to see whether the claimed UK company exists. Incorporation alone proves very little: a company can be registered without being authorised to provide investments.
- Check the warning list. Search the FCA warning list. A missing warning is not approval, because new scam websites can appear before a warning is published.
- Inspect the payment details. The receiving name should make sense and should not change during the transaction. Never pay an individual or an unrelated business because an “agent” tells you to.
- Test the withdrawal policy before investing. Read the minimum withdrawal, identity checks, fees and processing terms. Do not rely on verbal promises that conflict with the written terms.
- Get a second opinion. Speak to your bank’s fraud team or a regulated financial adviser using contact details you found independently.
What if Eminage is showing profits but will not let you withdraw?
Do not pay a further “tax”, “clearance charge”, “liquidity fee” or “account upgrade” to unlock your balance. A screen showing profits is not proof that money exists or that trades occurred. Request a withdrawal in writing, save the response and preserve all evidence.
Collect:
- the website address and screenshots of your account;
- emails, phone numbers, WhatsApp chats and social-media profiles;
- bank statements, card receipts, cryptocurrency transaction IDs and payment instructions;
- the names used by representatives and the dates of calls;
- any contract, invoice or identity document you supplied.
Contact your bank or card provider immediately. Ask whether a payment recall, chargeback or fraud process is available. If you disclosed online-banking credentials, change them from a clean device and tell your bank. Report suspected investment fraud to Action Fraud in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, or to the equivalent fraud-reporting service where you live.

Be especially wary of anyone who promises to recover your Eminage money for an upfront payment. Recovery scams target people who have already lost money and often reuse the original victim’s documents.
Does FSCS protection apply?
Do not assume that an Eminage account is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. FSCS protection depends on the authorised legal entity, the service and the type of loss. It does not cover ordinary investment losses simply because a share, CFD, fund or cryptocurrency falls in value.
An unauthorised or clone firm does not obtain normal UK regulatory protection by copying an FCA number or displaying an FSCS logo. Check protection with the FCA and FSCS using their official websites, not with documents supplied by the broker.
Is Eminage a scam or a legitimate broker?
There is not enough independently verified information in the brand name alone to call Eminage a legitimate UK broker. Until the operator and its exact permissions are confirmed on the FCA Register, the safer conclusion is that Eminage is unverified and unsuitable for a deposit.
Rank #4
That conclusion is not the same as proving criminal fraud. A genuine business should be able to identify its legal entity, match its details to the regulator’s record and explain how customer money, complaints and withdrawals are handled. If Eminage cannot pass those checks—or if its representative is using a different domain, phone number or payment recipient—walk away.

Is Eminage a regulated broker?
Do not assume it is. Search Eminage and the exact operator name on the FCA Financial Services Register, then check that the domain, contact details and permissions match. A company registration or copied FCA number is not proof of authorisation.
Can I withdraw money from Eminage?
If a withdrawal is being blocked, do not pay another fee to release it. Save the evidence, contact your bank or card provider immediately and report suspected fraud. A demand for tax, insurance or a clearance payment is a common advance-fee warning sign.
What should I do if I gave Eminage my ID or bank details?
Tell your bank, monitor accounts, change reused passwords and enable two-factor authentication. If you installed remote-access software, remove it and have the device checked. Keep copies of all communications and report the incident to the relevant fraud authority.
Does an FCA number on the Eminage website prove it is genuine?
No. Clone firms commonly copy the name, address and FCA reference number of a real firm. Verify the number on the FCA Register and compare the official website, telephone number and email domain with the details supplied by Eminage.
Can a recovery company get my Eminage investment back?
Be cautious. Genuine recovery is not guaranteed, and scammers often target previous victims with promises of recovery in exchange for an upfront fee or cryptocurrency payment. Do not send money or identity documents without independently verifying the organisation.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Eminage should be treated as high risk until its exact operator and UK permissions are independently verified. Do not rely on its website, trading dashboard, testimonials or an FCA number supplied in a message. Check the FCA Register directly, compare every contact detail and stop immediately if you face pressure, guaranteed-return claims or a fee to withdraw.
